Do not work here if you expect to not be trained properly. Do not work here unless you like constant fluctuations in schedule shift duration and days. Do not work here if you expect to be working in the next month (It took me almost a month to start working from the time they called me because they were backlogged). Do not work here if you don't like drama or god forbid something bad happens to you when you start to working. You will get written up. This Petco is notorious for it's school-esc atmosphere, and yes there is gossip. Enough said, maybe reconsider your applications before you take this offer.

I got my dog’s grooming done from this canton Petco Ford rd, groomer “Krysta” did such a Horrible job, plz be careful to take ur dog’s to this store for grooming. They cut his whiskers off completely and he is not acting himself. I hope this review will help others

Brought my baby here due to this location being closer to my home. My standard poodle is a fully trained service dog who loves baths and everything that goes along with it. He sits pretty!! Couldn’t figure out why he wouldn’t/couldn’t settle down when we brought him home! We had to drug him to get him settled. Itchy mess he was! Had to give him another bath and redry him myself even though I paid top dollar for petco to do it the day before! Did you bathe him?! Upon drying him I find buzzer marks in five spots on both of his ears! More buzzer marks near his hind legs and even more by his underbelly! WHAT TORTURE Did you put him thru? I will not ever return to the Ford rd location! And to think my husband came back to tip the groomer for this(he forgot when he picked up our pup)! No thank you! You should get your hair cut like that and see how it feels! Get better trained groomers.

Aaaaaannnnnnddd Petco just lost a customer. Had a grooming appointment at 8. Showed up at 8. Saw no one inside. Store sign says open at 9. So of course I left. Came back at 8:55. Lady said I should have been here at 8 and now they can’t fit her in. I told her I was here at 8 and she told me she was in the salon and that I would have had to be there at 8. Which I was. Pet smart from now on. Or maybe a different location ??

The groomer did an awesome job. However, the store manager Lexi was very rude, included extra charges simply becos the computer system was not functioning and she didn’t know how to fix it. Very unprofessional and bad customer service. Please avoid this place until it gets another manager who knows how to treat customers.

Their BOPUS times are very short which is great for when I have to run in and out. Always stocked on the essentials. Employees are nice too. :)

If I could leave negative 1000 stars I would… lazy and unprofessional grooming staff… Make excuses just to fully shave a dog out of pure laziness and lack of heart… run run run far far far away…. Better off shaving your own dog then paying 100 plus dollars here to butcher your dog. You should be ashamed of yourselves
