Had an appointment here, received probably 7 reminder texts for my appointment including the morning of my appointment. When I arrived, the worker at the front said “We tried to call you - I’m not trained to groom and I’m the only one here until next month.” WHAT? If you look in the app I could book appointments all month long still, so a lot of people are going to be really frustrated when their appointments are canceled.

Canton Boston street location..Clean well stocked..organized .. wonderful customer service.. Erin is Great she's be always so helpful and cheerful as is the rest of the staff that i encounter..dog grooming was fun to watch..it's all behind glass so you can observe just how wonderful your fur babies are being treated..What a treat to watch. 💜

We were lucky to get help from Kari, the general manager, when I brought my daughter in to purchase hermit crabs. She was incredibly knowledgeable as someone who had kept hermit crabs for many years herself. She provided an incredible level of service and education.
