I took a necklace of mine in today to have a jump loop repaired. Paul inspected it and told me a few others were weak also and should be replaced. I agreed, and left for a few hours after paying. When I came back Paul let me know another also needed replaced, that he counted wrong, I tried to pay for that one also, but he said no. Wonderful work, and item was fixed in a few hours. When I walked in to pick up my necklace I was greeted by name. This is the kind of service I truly appreciate- he and his (wife??) were both so incredibly polite, and I plan on letting people know this is where you should go for jewelry and repairs. Thanks again for such a pleasant outcome and wonderful customer service!

I called first because I didn’t want to leave my engagement ring longer than a few hours.The first store said that I needed to just bring my ring in, but in another breathe told me he had 300 jobs ahead of me.Helen and Paul took my ring, checked to make sure everything was tight(prongs and stones), measured my finger and told me that they would call in the afternoon for me to try it on before finishing it.Two hours later, I was back trying it on, fit perfectly, and Paul even made sure that he didn’t cut into the jewelers stamp inside.We will definitely go back again.

Had some jewelry I needed appraised and went to Paul's based on the stellar reviews. The reviews were spot on, as the customer service was spectacular through the entire process. They far exceeded the initial timeline and I couldn't be happier with the outcome. Also brought in a watch to be serviced and they had it fixed and ready to go ASAP, like brand new. Thank you guys so much and look forward to working with you again in the future!

I took my ring to get cleaned last week. When I picked it up I was told “I should really make sure that my ring was from this store.” (Apparently the owners to do not “remember” my ring). I felt humiliated, my husband took so much pride in my ring and his choice (he purchased it soon after being discharged from the military), the day after he proposed we literally drove by the jeweler so he could show me where he got my ring. This was in 2016. Even to this day, whenever we drive past the store we say “that’s where you got my ring!” Maybe my ring was not recognized because the wedding bands are from a different store, but the primary ring was custom made by Paul. My husband even shared with me that Paul was so excited when he chose this ring because it had been sitting in the case for a very long time and no one was interested. I probably won’t be returning here for future cleanings, the comments were off putting, uncomfortable, and disappointing.

Come on Canton where else can you find such high quality diamonds without your dealer saying you have to wait while he orders the specific diamond you're looking for Paul is a genuine old world jeweler he can make anything and also a delight to deal with always courteous never shows frustration or anger no matter how disrespectful the customer is

My mom and I have been to Paul's Fine Jewelry over and over again because they are so reliable and friendly! They are able to get the job done quick and have an amazing selection of fine jewelry! They were so kind and flexible while I was getting the engagement ring for my fiancé. I knew very little about rings, diamonds, and anything regarding jewelry.
