We just moved in and everything else is fine but a few things ; scratched stovetops and burnt vent inside dryer. We were told they won’t get us new ones as they still work and the burnt mark inside dryer is normal which I’ve never experienced with my old dryers. For an over 3k a month condo I’m not sure if we’re supposed to have those cheap appliances and the reply from the maintenance. Very disappointing.

Annette was amazing to work with she did everything she could to get us approved before we move in. While we lived at Park west for two years, it was an absolute to work with her. The whole staff has been a pleasure to work with from the maintenance guy to the front office. We couldn’t have been more happy with The treatment we got. I would recommend Park West Apartments to any of my friends and family.

We lived in Parkwest my husband and I from 2019 until 2023. The townhouse was really beautiful. We had an issue with water leaking upon moving in because it was a brand new apartment, however they gave us free months rent and we never had any more issues.

Signing on with Park West and are waiting on the approval. Tina helped us through the process and as we are from out of state, we had a lot of questions. Tina was incredibly helpful and inviting from the walk through to the paperwork. The property is beautiful and we are excited to move in next month. Im eager to update this review later with our experience at Park West after some time.

These apartment homes are beautiful. Antoinette Alonso gave me a tour and she provided all the information I needed. I love the layout and especially the fact that there’s an attached garage. Antoinette was very helpful and has already followed up with me. Thank you.

Everyone on the Park West team has been extremely helpful, especially Tina, a leasing consultant, who was proficient in answering all of my questions and was incredibly welcoming.

In retirement, we downsized. Townhome living would be new to us. We toured over 10 complexes and decided on Park West for one solid reason: Tina, the rental agent. She took her time, showed us several layouts, and really cared about our needs. The professionalism she demonstrated really was the tie breaker between different complexes that were comparable in amenities and aesthetics. Because Tina took such a genuine, personalized interest, it made us feel safe to choose Park West. If you are curious about renting here, ask for her! You will not regret it!

Good things aren’t cheap and cheap things aren’t good. Been here for a few years and moved into 3 bedroom recently. Fast to fix things and always pleasant. Missing a hot tub and I wouldn’t leave….hint hint.

The community is ok. Not exactly luxury, but well kept. The walls are very thin - you can hear EVERYTHING they say AND DO and you can assume it’s the other way around. So that makes for an awkward, dorm-esque living situation. Some neighbors are just plain inconsiderate and, based on my experience with the office staff, management doesn’t do much to maintain quiet enjoyment.

I've had a wonderful experience living at Park West. One of the standout features is the incredibly responsive maintenance team. Anytime I've had an issue, they’ve addressed it quickly and with a genuinely friendly attitude. It makes a huge difference knowing you're in good hands.
What I also love is the strong sense of community here—neighbors are warm, respectful, and truly look out for each other. Whether it's a friendly wave or a small favor, the neighborly vibe makes this place feel like home. I couldn’t ask for a better place to live!
