The fat bald guy with a beard is rude and unpleasant every time I come in. I came in today while he was vacuuming and he saw me and he continued to vaccum for 5 minutes before he acknowledge me at the register. Anytime I come in with a question or assistance he refuses to help. I will not buy any more parts or do any business here until that guy is gone

Rick and Linda are awesome! So helpful trying to get my rear wiper fixed. They tore open lots of packaging to find the solution... When they couldn't, they ordered more parts to be delivered the next day. Thank you!

Bought a 2019 Hyundai Tuscon rear wiper. They had good brands like Bosch, RainX. Google search showed Walmart had this wiper for $7.67, O'Reilly charged $11.56. Got it from O'Reilly only because I didn't want to drive all the way to Walmart

The last 2 times I came to the store, an employee was smoking in the doorway. On top of that, the whole store smelled like cheap cigarettes. I can't bring my kids in there, and that is a major letdown.
