Anthony Jackson was excellent to deal with. Matthew (the manager) was also very pleasant and helpful. Glad this dealer will allow deposits to hold a manual Versa. We tried to buy one from Cincinnati and it got sold out from under us. Nissan of Canton is far better to work with and they held up their end of the deal.

Best car shopping experience you could ask for. I went to 4 dealerships before coming to this location and buying from them was a no brainer. Jay was very attentive, honest, and was very knowledgeable on each vehicle that I looked at on the lot. Anthony and Phil were very personable and easy to work with to complete my purchase. They did a great job of explaining everything I needed to know when buying and after the fact. Bob in service also walked me through the service history of the vehicle that I was interested in and helped me make an informed decision. They're a great group of people who are patient and willing to help with what can be a stressful process. Can finally say I walked out of a dealership without feeling any kind of regret or like I was cheated. These guys rock. I'm loving my Altima!

I brought my Nissan in for a tune up and everyone there was very friendly and explained everything that I needed. I did not have to wait a long period of time for my car to be done. I will recommend this dealership to my friends and family. They were great! Thank you.

I got my 2023 Pathfinder there. Everything anybody had any control over went very smoothly. The people were helpful, courteous, and caring. I would recommend this dealership to a friend who was looking for a car.

Everyone was very helpful and dealership was clean and comfortable. They helped set me up with a new Ariya for a great deal. Jay and everyone was very friendly and made sure i was completely satisfied. I've already referred several friends to this dealership!

What a mistake I made taking my car to this dealership. Horrible experience. I went to Nissan of Canton ("NoC") because the Nissan dealership I leased my car from was booked & couldn't get me in for a few days. I needed a 5,000 mile maintenance which is oil change & tire rotation. NoC charged me $104. I called my dealership to see what they charged they said 1st maintenance is free. So I told them to stop the work but try we're finished! It was only like 15 minutes! Basically everyone there is rude, bad attitudes, inept & greedy. They're probably like that because they do not have much business so they try to get whatever money out of customers as they can. Wonder why they don't have a lot of business? because on a scale of 1 to 5, 1 being the worst score they are a -1. Rude, ignorant, greedy & bad attitude. NoC said they're charging me since all Nissan dealerships are independent. Bob the service manager after much discussion with him, did give me a coupon which cut the cost by $30. I will NEVER go there again.

Today was a fantastic day! Been thinking about a newer car for a while and today those dreams came true. Big thank you to Dan, crazy it's his first few weeks on the job and he came off as the ultimate professional. He made sure everything was being taken care of before I even arrived. My new car is beautiful, thank you to the entire staff for making me feel welcomed.

Just got my new car after my last car had a big breakdown. Joseph was the one helping us and made the entire process very smooth and easy. I am so happy with the purchase. The dealership also was very clean and made me and my mom feel comfortable from the time stepping in to our time going out.

Thia was the first time buying from a dealership. It was a fantastic experience! I of course did some homework and knew what I wanted. Joseph welcomed me and from there it was easy breezy! I had many questions and he answered them all. Turned out the car I wanted was not in the Canton lot, but in Dearborn! My mistake! But Joseph was on it and we went to Dearborn to look at the car I wanted and another one. We had a nice drive and he was very personable and easy to talk to. We got to Dearborn and looked at both cars. I ended up driving the car I wanted back to Canton. The folks at Nissan of Canton worked on pushing everything through and I was able to pick up my new car the next night and drive it home! I love this car so much and I am so happy! Joseph was honest about a few things that were wrong with the car, but when we went to look at it, non of these things were deal breakers for me! I so appreciated his honesty! I truly recommend Nissan of Canton and would buy from them again in a heart beat! And if you do go, all the folks are incredibly nice. However, if I were you, I'd ask for Joseph!! Truly an outstanding person!

Had an excellent experience with Joseph. He respected my price range and went out of his way to find me a car that was an even a better deal than the one I originally came to look at. He was very patient throughout the entire process and again took the time to make sure I got the best rate once I did settle on a vehicle and did everything in his power to make sure I signed with confidence. Would highly recommended anyone to stop in, they’ll go above and beyond!
