Went there to buy indian groceries. Must say they have better stuff compared to other stores. Also the products are very well arranged. And in case if we find it difficult to locate, the employees are there to help.

I recently moved from Rochester and was surprised to find that almost everything was costlier here. It wa because they don't have any competition near by. Just a word LOOT. Vegetables are never fresh..not aure how its possible if other stores in Rocheater and Farmington can get fresh vegetables why they cannot. Maybe they order cheap vegetables intentionally. The staffs are friendly , I will agree. Also they have most of the Puja items and other groceries. The location is also prime as many Indian dispora are near by.That's why we need competition to get looted by someone who has monopoly.

Clean, reasonably price products and fresh produce. Wide variety to choose from. Don’t forget to grab a Samosa before leaving fresh and hot.

Large spacious store. Generally its good store with large variety of items and choices. But couple things they need to improve efficiency so people don't waste time there.1. Clarity: Write prices clearly on items.(many items don't show prices. Its annoying to get a surprise at the check out)2. Organization: Write item names on Aisle# banner, so its easier to find things.(Most of times I have to ask someone where is some item located).3. Speed: Most importantly: Speed up the check out process. It gets really slow sometimes and long check out line. This is a roadblock for me. I stopped going there just due to this issue. They should consider self check out for people with fewer items., or other ways to speed up the check out.

It has lots of supplies that you would expect and it is a really nice big store the checkout was fast and instead of giving you a bunch of plastic bags they give you a huge cardboard box.

I am not sure as why local authorities are taking action against these store selling foods that are past " Sell by Date" !! I always check the "Sell by " date on a product , but other day we missed to check the dates of a particular item. After consuming the food we started feeling all sorts stomach issues. I am glad it was not severe. I cheeked the date of the product and it was 2 months after its "Sell By" date. I wish I had saved the receipt but I did not. I did call the store to inform them. The first reaction from the lady who spoke to me after listening to my complaint, was " We cant refund you if you do not have the receipt" . I had to tell her again that I called to inform about the expired foods being sold not for demanding a refund. Even after that all she said was " OK". The reaction from the store made me feel that it is a common thing for them ! I did write a general complaint to the local authorities.
