Very disappointed. Kept my bike for almost 4 weeks. Ordered the wrong parts, and when the parts finally came was promised by the manager/owner that the bike would done the next day. 3 days later, bike is not touched. Zero communication. I had to call them at least 4 times to get the above information.

Little disheartened. I pulled up at 650 (sign says they close at 7) to the shop closed up and the worker leaving out on his motorcycle. I know there were a few other people in the lot looking at employee riding away.
Such a shame.

Friendly and fast service. Fixed my bike brakes in about 20 minutes and it was a good price. Very clean and well stocked store. Highly recommended!

The worst, They sold me new breaks that I didn’t ask for did not at all fix my seat which was my main concern.Charged me 30$ over the estimate and did call to ask for my approval. I was very polite because I have temper issues that I counter with being overly polite. Charged me 123.dollars $for new brakes that I didn’t ask for all I asked for was a break adjustment. I would go so far as to call them shady.

Took my Jamis in and had them install a full tune up + new drivetrain groupset + bottom bracket + new hydro front and rear brakes, and new grips. Everything was installed perfectly and I particularly appreciated their attention to small details. Additionally I'm so impressed with how much they were able to clean up the bike. Absolutely recommend to anyone looking for parts and service.

I brought a older bike in that needed brakes fixed and a new kickstand, I had the mind set I would drop it off and leave it for a few days or more but Jimmie threw it on the bike hoist fixed everything and put a new kickstand on and I was out of there in less than 30 minutes. I highly recommend this shop.

As a mechanic at a local shop it’s easy to see these guys are doing a good job. All the essentials in stock and full services offered including a parts wash for the upper end tunes! I’d recommend for any level of rider or someone looking to get started as the staff is very friendly and ready to help.

It's a small shop, but their customer service is absolutely the best. I go there all the time. I bent my rim on my mountain bike, and they were able to straighten it. And only charged me 15 dollars. Crazy.... Everyone is super helpful and very professional. I would definitely recommend them.

Horrible communication and customer service. Ordered a bike three weeks ago that, according to the order should have been shipped 3-5 and then 1-2 days for assembly. Ordered three weeks ago and still no word. When we called initially (a week after the order was placed), they told us that sometimes they have issues with not seeing orders that have been placed online (which seems like a pretty important thing to fix as a retail store). It is three weeks later now - no word, no updates and every time we try to call, there is no answer and their voicemail box is full.
