Running low on gas, driving back from racquetball league match, stopped at a gas station I don't normally use."Insert payment or loyalty number." I insert my credit card. It locks my credit card into the machine. Then it says "apply loyalty number." I don't have a Mobil loyalty number. I click cancel. Nothing happens. My only options are insert loyalty number or insert car wash code. I click cancel, click enter, click the 93 octane gas button - try to pull out my card, try to pump gas - nothing works. I have to go into the store. The guy inside says "this never happened before" and says to go out and try again to get my card out. I still cannot pump gas, but now I can pull out my credit card.I drove up the road and got gas at the BP near Cherry Hill. I would not stop back at this location.

Friendly staff and best management in town. Best prices on grocery and gas. It’s under new management so all the people are friendly honest and always looking out for the customers. My go to place for all my gas and grocery needs.

Very clean and organized store with reasonable prices. Gas is cheap from other stores around. Staff is supportive and courteous. We get $$ back on diesel with our business account.

My semi broke down in front of the gas station. The manager moe was very cool and assured me it’s ok to park my truck (away) from traffic flow until help came! Very hospitable! Thank you so much

I've been going here for a few years,the owner is extremely polite and his workers are quick and always treat you like family, they always know what your usually buying and I've seen many times them give back to the community, 3 stations by me and this is the one I choose to go to,and prices are good, and they run alot of deals,especially if you get the mobil card or you are a ford worker,discounts galore, all always well stocked.

Convenient location just off of 275. The clerks are great and the store has a wide selection of products at reasonable prices.

I have been a regular customer for the past 5 years and Im extremely pleased with the changes being made. There has been major renovations and the store is clean and organized. This Mobil has some of the most reasonable prices for both gas and snacks, even with the major price hikes during the pandemic.

I had a terrible experience here. I was trying to play the lottery and filled out the slip twice because I didn’t know what I was doing and your employee didn’t want to help me or show me what to do. I got frustrated from no help and yelling at the employee for not helping, ended up trying to leave after the employee would not help and the employee yelled to call the cops. I did nothing wrong or illegal so I left. I left like I wasn’t being treated fairly and they were being racist towards me. I am not happy and will never go to any of your gas stations or 7/11s again.

Set up the store different, might help your buisness do better. Customer flo is bottle necked. In and out is what people come back for. In and out quick means more buisness. You have to many things crowding front of the store. Everyone hates it that i talk to. Sherwood village big spenders who go broke on your prices know what im talking about.

Bought a half gallon of milk last night. Got it back to my hotel room, opened it to half solid "milk ." It had expired THREE WEEKS AGO. Took it back this morning and the clerk said he couldn't refund my ~$2 until the manager came in at 11:00. Checked the cooler. One other bottle had expired at the same time. The 3 others were about to expire. Told the guy I wasn't waiting on the manager, but they need to pitch the old milk. Not just a health issue, but illegal. How badly run.

After filling my car I walk into the store here the toilet flush and ask to use the restroom but I'm told it's not working. Being lied to isn't a nice feeling especially after I'm already paying customer. I wasn't asking for the world just to be able to go to the bathroom.

I stopped at this gas station to fill up my rental car before dropping it off by the airport July 15th, 2021. I used my credit card and paid $10.27. I was about to leave when a man came running out of the store and said it did not go through, and that I needed to pay inside. I quickly went inside and was charged $10.00. I asked the man to be sure I was not being charged twice. He assured me I would not be. Upon returning home, I checked my credit card statement, and sure enough he charged me for both! I tried calling the gas station, but the number listed appears to be a FAX. I left a message at myexxonmobilvisit.com, but have had no response. I also left a message on the local gas station's website. No response. I feel that this man in Canton, Michigan was attempting to take advantage of a lone female driver in a rental car. How many other customers has he done this too?? It's only $10, but it adds up if he does this on a routine basis. Do not stop at this gas station! I am contacting the car rental agency as well.
