Purchase two sets of jl c5 component speakers two of the tweeters not working took them up there the manager told me that they were on back order to keep checking back I checked back for several months the funny thing is I could find them online so I know they we're not on backorder he was just giving me the run around. Will not be returning to any Mickey shore stores.

Went there for a “free installation” got hit with $170 of random imaginary fees. At one point I was even told and I quote. “Did you bring your own wire? Because we charge $100 for the wire.” Trust me I am well aware that that sounds unbelievable. I’m assuming they do great work and are knowledgeable about the product. I’m not a hater. So I won’t knock the actual work the employees. But whoever is running the show is running the business into a grave. Yes you scheme the customer short term but the customer never returns and spreads the truth to others. So over time it can only win one way. Long story short. Go to cartunes if you can help it. RIP MICKEY SHORR

This place is fantastic. I've looked at other Mickey Shorr's and I had a great experience here due to their staff. This is the best place in town. Don't bother looking elsewhere, thank you Jack and Rob for your service.

Went to this location to get some speakers installed. Waited for 3.5 hours and was told soon after I had to come back at a later date. I told the salesperson to give me my cash back and he refused claiming he didn’t have any cash in the store. I refused to leave and had the cops called on me. Needless to say I got my money back and will never shop at any of there locations ever again. This is a racist location in Canton Michigan on Ford Rd.

Went to this location to get some speakers installed at 8:55am. I waited in the lobby and at 12pm I went up to the counter to check on the status of my truck. The worker had a bad attitude and told me to take my truck and leave because he was backed up: I said that's fine just give me my money back. The worker said I don't have any cash. I said well I ain't leaving until you give me my money back. The guy called the police on me a paying customer. I don't recommend this location it has racism all over it. Location Ford road in Canton Michigan.

They will do anything to sell you an alarm or a self remote starter. There good the first time your there buying an alarm or a self starter for your vehicle. The problem will be when you come the next day to install your item on your vehicle. They DON’T schedule customers as they come and leave there vehicle. So be prepared to leave your car all day and if lucky you might be one of the first to get your car out.

I had such a good experience here as a first time customer. I just bought a car and really wanted a remote started installed, Zach was so nice and helped making sure it’d be done the same day. He had nothing but a positive attitude, a smile on his face, and a ton of knowledge in the products.I will say, and I hope corporate sees this review. Before entering the building, a very disturbed customer came out and yelled at us to tell us to go somewhere else because the team there wouldn’t take care of him nor take care of us. Although I don’t know the full situation, Zach was nothing less than professional to this angry man. Through the amount of anger and verbally attacking this team, Zach remained calm and tried helping this guy as well as us. Kudos to Zach.
