I noticed she also stayed busy when not helping customers. I used to work in retail for years (elsewhere) and she is an asset to Old Navy! Cashier (sorry, forgot her name) was nice, too. I got 3 nice cotton or linen blouses/tops for less than $30 total, incl. tax, which was less than the regular price of the most expensive one!”

“I purchased a pair of shorts for my grandson for graduation from M Den. They were sent by a 3rd party and Amazon. They didn’t fit and they would not allow me to return because it was past 30 days. All I wanted to do was exchange and after two emails and going to 2 stores that were closed, I went to Rally House. The manager from the Canton Store on Michigan Ave was so kind. She looked it up and was able to see that they sell it there. She gave me a gift receipt for the $90 for my grandson to come and purchase whatever he wants. I will be ordering all my sport items from Rally House. It was such a pleasure working with her.
