Really nice and respectable staff. There was a mislabeled item for nearly half the intended price, and they let us purchase it at the lower price, admitting their mistake.Update: They gave my daughter a build your own toolbox and she loved it. She carries it all over the house trying to fix things. This is how you make loyal customers.

Absolutely horrendous service from this store! I made the mistake of assuming they upheld high standards, but they don't even deserve a single star. Custom blinds ordered, and what I got was a far cry from what was shown. To add insult to injury, my second order was left hanging for a torturous one and a half months, only to be unceremoniously canceled without a hint of notification. Utterly disgusted with their incompetence!

Lots of employees asking if I need any help, much better than Home Depot where the employees glance at you and then go hide somewhere.

This store is a disgrace of a company yelling at employees on the floor were customers can see and hear. I have shopped at this store for years and I know the management staff even though they seam to change monthly. They seam to be getting worse and worse and my company will not do business with a company that treats their employees like I just witnessed.

Was actually shocked being a Home Depot regular at the amount of deals and items that are usually hard to find being available just wish you carried Milwaukee brand power tools. Urgh that’s all you guys are missing

They have a great selection of paint products with excellent customer service. They are helpful even after you make purchases and provide support to help you finish your projects successfully.

Stuff is very over priced which is understandable people pay for convenience fee. But carpet cleaning machine rental price/policy wasn’t clear. Marked as $39 but it was $34. Also they mis informed the customer about the late return policy. I asked what if I return one day late, they said then you have to pay two days price. They never mentioned late fee when signed the rental. then they charged a late fee. Money wasn’t a big deal, just Customer service women were ice cold. The conversation could have been done differently to do the same thing. At least that makes the customer feel better.

Megan said she was department supervisor wouldn’t say department she was so rude placed me on hold for 15 mins i wanted to speak about open Lowes card for hot water heater delivery and install. She said one to help you and hung up.

Was good n clean. Really nice staff. Great garden center. Keep moving and rearranging the store in electric department makes it tough to fins the bits. Overall very clean and very organized store.

Went to Lowe's for a couple of pots for my indoor plants. I was very impressed by all that there garden center had to offer. Very good selection of lawn and garden supplies. I highly recommend them.

Had a horrible experience at Lowe's. I had purchased kitchen cabinets and it was agreed that it will be dropped off in my garage. Lowe's pro supply dropped it off at my driveway without informing me. And then they illegally signed my name when delivering it. Lowes in canton was eventually able to move it into my garage after hours of back and forth and being called a liar by the Lowe's pro supply. Then when i checked the inventory, the crown molding was damaged and i had to go back and get it replaced.For all this hassle, there wasn't any compensation or anything provided by Lowe's. It seemed as if this was business as usual. I will probably avoid using Lowe's in the future and spread this sentiment to my circle.
