Most horrible experience today. Corporate terrible customer service as well. Driver cancel my order at 220pm. My profile is accurate with my address. But some receipt they printed looks like a glitch so they cancel my order. Driver should have called me. I placed order 9am this morning. Due to be delivered at 2 to 3pm. Cancel. Driver sucks for not calling. Kroger sucks for not giving food customer service I order 400 to 600 worth of groceries monthly. Worst experience today. Fix your technical system. Such an inconvenience for me today. Meijer will be my preferred choice from now on. š

I had such a great experience at the Kroger on Michigan Avenue in Canton, thanks to Kamran! He delivered my groceries to my car, and I was so impressed with his kindness and professionalism.
Kamran was incredibly polite and kept me updated about the substitutions in my order, which I really appreciated. What stood out most, though, was his positive attitude ā itās rare to find someone in the grocery industry these days with so much enthusiasm. He genuinely seemed to care about providing great service, and it made my shopping experience that much better.
Kroger is lucky to have someone like Kamran on their team. Iāll definitely be back.

I went into the store to get a few things and as soon as you walk in a bad smell just hits you. As I walked around the store I continued to smell this bad almost rotten food smell. I ended up leaving because I could not even look at the food and find it appetizing at all with the smell. I actually walked out and was starting to get a headache. I had heard other people in groups I'm in mention this issue and thought no it could not be that bad maybe they are to sensitive.....no they were correct. I will not be going back.

Itās your one stop shop for all your grocery needs at affordable prices. They always have fresh produce and their hot foods also taste very nice. They give you discount when you freely sign-up their membership and can use your phone number as an alternative to redeem your discount prices. They also have discount coupons for people who use their pharmacy for vaccinations and you can use those discount coupons for any thing you buy.

This store lacks proper shoppers for pick up orders. Almost every order I'm missing at least 3 items. Last month it was my eggs missing and a expensive hot truffle sauce I was missing and my asparagus were rotting and Brussel sprouts had mold. I just threw them away. Today I pick up a order and they did not give me the ground Italian sausage, the hamburger helper stroganoff, and of course as usual old vegetables and old fruits. Cape cod chips all smashed. I have also within the past 2months ordered a bag of sandbar cooked shrimp that had a quarter size hole in the bag. Check all your bags and products because they don't care here if it's rotten, molding, smashed or just not picked up. Either a employee is taking products from orders or they just have people that do not care what they give you. I've also mentioned not to put several heavy items all in one big bag. I wish this store would do right by consumers. Us people whom are disabled and cannot shop for ourselves should be able to trust a business like Kroger to have quality control. I pray we get a whole foods closer cause Kroger and Meijer have Zero credibility far as standing by quality products and employees. I'll be back for my missing items this time. This is ridiculous and this chain just DOES NOT CARE!

5 out of last 7 orders had substitutions, they came you still get same deal but they didn't honor them either time. It takes days to get your money back but only 2 seconds for them to take it from you. Meijer will be my new store.

As I was walking in one day I grabbed a cart and went in the entrance by the produce section. Unfortunately it seems that Kroger had to install 1 way gates that sound an alarm if anyone tries to go out instead of in. Which is fine, blame thieving customers for that.
Anyway a lady forgot to get a cart and realized she couldnāt go back to get one because of those thieve gates. She asked if I could get her a cart since I was on the opposite side still so I just gave her mine and simply turned around, took like 3 steps and got another cart for myself. It was literally nothing to do that, anyone would do the same thing.
Well, later after some shopping I come around a corner and I hear someone calling me, I turn around and itās the same lady digging in her purse for something. Sheās like āone secondā. I figured she had some good coupons or something to give me for doing that, then all of a sudden she pulls out a 50 dollar bill! Tried handing it to me and I said āI donāt need money for that especially $50, too much!ā then turned around to continue shopping. She walked up and threw it in my cart and ran off saying ābe blessedā.
So Iām here now to share the experience, and give her a 10 out of 5 fellow shopper stars.
In the slim chance she ever sees this, thank you! I felt really blessed because money actually was tight then. It was one of those only can afford the essentials shopping trips in between pay days and was a huge help that I appreciated a lot.

Ample parking. The inside cleanliness reflects the outside. Usually, it is easy to run in and out. Lately I have been using the pick-up option as to which the service has been wonderful. From picking fresh vegetables to perfectly choosen fresh fruits. And very little delay when I arrive for pickup.

Fruit flies and bugs all over the produce. Shelves not stocked. Produce that is clearly bad up for sale. Lots of obstructive objects in walk ways. This store is very understaffed. The carts are old and need to be updated. For being off of Michigan Ave, they should think about expanding and revamping the store. It is very small for the location.
