Hello, I got a haircut today with Sara Craig, She listens to what you want, asks specific questions to make sure she gives you what you want, gives you options, makes sure everyone is clear on the cut. She does a fabulous hair wash. [ feels so nice. ] She is easy to talk to and has a great laugh. And most Importantly she does a great job cutting my hair. I am happy. Had an absolutely amazing experience, did everything I asked for and turned it into perfection ! The new manager that runs the salon, besides the fact that she's been doing my hair for years.. is the only one I trust to do my hair. Sarah has been cutting my hair and styling it for several years and always does a fantastic job. She has an amazing way of knowing just what to do to make my hair great. She has also taken on the Management role in August and has really turned the salon around. Hi Everyone! I am the New Salon Manager, Sarah :) I just want to send out a warm invitation to all of you and let you know some things around our salon look a little different because of Covid, but in a "Safe Way". We wear masks, even face shields at times, there's not as many people in our salon because of social distancing but one thing that hasn't changed is we do GREAT hair and other services!!! This place used to be fantastic. Until they decided that being "speedy" was more important than customer care or skill. After staring at the computer for 20 minutes trying to find my reservation, they had some lame excuse about having tried to have called me because they had over booked the lady, but insisting my phone number wasn't in there. It was when I called and since I am a previous customer, I find this hard to believe. So they squeezed me in with the lady I usually love, much to my delight. Too bad it had been apparently stressed to her prior that it was important to make mine speedy. This became very apparent when the "manager", who was dressed rather inappropriately, came over to just "see what she was doing". Well, I had asked to have my roots taken close to my natural color and apologized for having been using boxed dye. I wanted some streaks to help even out the dark and the light. The stylist literally put a light brown over my roots and ends and a copper color streaks. Which would have turned out great had she of taken the time to lighten my "box dyed" hair. I don't care where you get the color, common sense says that a light brown with no lifter is NOT going to lighten a darker shade. So when we get done, my roots are lighter than everything and not an ounce of color anywhere else and of course this was attributed only to my "box" color. Ummm no. You are a hair stylist, you should know that a dark dye, especially from a box, can only be lifted and then toned to the color. The "manager" who was so eagerly watching didn't know this either? Come on. So she cuts it and dries and I just want to get out of there, as I was just disappointed and annoyed. As I am paying the "manager" proceeds to THANK the stylist right in front of me for her "speediness". Yes that makes me feel so good. I could post my moms story and take even longer but hers honestly wasn't the stylists fault. She still took the time to do a nice job on hers. Anyways, I get to the car to wait for my mom and notice that there is not only a ring of brown dye around my face but it is literally still all in the back of my neck. I go back in and the "manager" wipes it off with a wipe. She's lucky I didn't get a burn or I would be seriously taking more action as that is unacceptable. But I am not good at standing up in those situations so I just said whatever. I get home and do my hair myself and it's not even cut evenly. So YES thank you For your speediness. Shout out to the new manager... it's one thing to have these conversations in private but to make it so obvious in front of customers? Because your staff can't work a computer? That's even more unprofessional than your attire, which was severely inappropriate. It's one thing to express yourself but still dress professionally. But honestly, it's more important to actually act professional. I sincerely hope this is your first gig as a manager and that you straighten it up. So rude. Thank you for wasting not only my money, but my time. I now have to seek out someone to fix this mess. Way to go ladies!

I have been seeing Angelica at In Style for about four years. She gives me a great cut every six weeks. She is friendly and knowledgeable. The salon is clean, everyone welcoming and friendly. Angelica is also very talented with handling my three special needs grandchildren. So patient and always manages to get them a great cut even under difficult circumstances!
