My visit to Jacob Matthew Jewelers was nothing short of extraordinary. I brought in my moms wedding ring that had not been worn in years. Her ring was dirty, missing diamonds on the band, and missing gold that holds the diamonds on the band in place. It also needed to be resized. After they finished working their magic, it looks like a BRAND NEW ring. The band looks good as new and it has not shined like this in years. I wholeheartedly recommend Jacob Matthew Jewelers to anyone seeking a remarkable and memorable jewelry shopping experience!

I was devestated when my wedding ring was stolen, and the process of recreating its replica was emotional and daunting. Thankfully, Alyssa and Tammy at Jacob Matthew Jewelers were with me every step of the way. I didn't have any good pictures or CAD renderings of the ring, so most everything was done based on what I could remember and share. We went back and forth with the designers over and over, and no matter how minor the tweek, never once did Tammy or Alyssa seem anything but happy to help get it exactly the way I wanted. I could not be happier with the result. It is perfect and stunning!While most of my interactions were with Tammy and Alyssa, I was always greeted pleasantly and with an offer to assist by other staff members every time I entered the store. I will definitely bring my future business to them.

We love Jacob Matthew Jewelers! The salespeople are always super friendly. I never feel pressured or rushed there, and they even helped my husband choose some lovely surprises for a few different holidays. The store is huge with plenty of space to look around without feeling overcrowded, and parking is a breeze. Today I was helped by Jill, who was very kind in helping me find sale items, including some "last chance" items that I might have missed. Another great reason I love to support JMJ is because I see them (and the owner Tammy), supporting charitable groups in the community throughout the entire year!

I had an amazing experience with JMJ when I took my wedding ring in that had been badly damaged in an accident. They did a phenomenal job, were fair in price and got the job done SO quickly!! I will absolutely be back!

I highly recommend Jacob Matthew’s for any of your jewelry needs. I visited multiple jewelry stores while shopping for engagement and wedding rings and Jacob Matthew’s was far and away the best store I experienced. They are very friendly and helpful. There was no pressure to buy anything during any of my visits. Their selection is impressive and their prices are very reasonable.I ended up purchasing engagement and wedding rings from them and I couldn’t be happier. Their customer service really sets them apart!

The staff was amazingly attentive. I happen to be a “little“ indecisive and they gave me all the latitude I needed to be comfortable with my choice of diamond earrings. I will definitely choose Jacob Matthew Jewelers for my future jewelry purchases, as well as recommend them to my friends!!

Between Melissa and Tammy I had an unbelievable experience. Recently got engaged and I had no idea where to even begin.I told Melissa my concerns and she simply asked me a few questions and helped grab the exact ring I did not know I wanted. From that point to have someone like Tammy involved who could help appraise the ring and ensure I was making the right choice is something I will be eternally grateful for!It is easy to get taken advantage of when it comes to jewelry, but when you have the right people in your corner it sure makes you more confident.Thank you ladies for making that process a great one. My fiancé and I are incredibly happy! SHE LOVED THE RING!

Very friendly and patient staff. Everyone acknowledged us, and helped in one way or another. Staff member was super patient with me going back and fourth between choices. They also had a small play area for Children, which was a huge win for me. My child was able to play and do her own thing, and I didn't have to worry about her touching and making a mess of everything. It also gave me time to focus on my decision. ?
