One of the worst things I've ever experienced in my life i the staff barely helped even after I purchased a closet for 500 it was hard to build and it broke while I was trying .THE WORSET EXPERIENCE EVER .

Always a fun place to explore and pick up good quality household items. I still can’t believe the prices in many cases! The staff was really helpful when I was looking for a specific item from the website - they helped me find it in the showroom so I could make sure it met my needs, then where to pick one up to take home. The price for the bookcase was fantastic, but the service I received was superb.

I'm really displeased with my experience. I came in to the store (6/10). Ordered the bed I wanted for delivery. The gentleman asked if I'd like it delivered tomorrow (6/11). I told him, that would not work, I do not have the room for it, I would like a later date. He said to pick a day, I picked 6/21. He confirmed, I paid, and left. I come home from running errands today with the bed delivered to my front steps on 6/11. My husband was home. No one knocked or let him know it was delivered. I don't have anywhere to put it as I stated to the man who I purchased from inside the store that I needed it on the 21st so I could move stuff out (maybe another bed frame?). When I called, the lady on the phone said well did you sign anything saying the delivery date is the 21st? It should be on your paperwork. Made me feel like it was my fault. Horrible experience. Really want to return.

Your typical Ikea setup. Reducing the number of stars because they should take out display models, especially sale items that they are out of stock on.

This was my first time at this location. I only stopped in for frozen foods, but was helped by a staff person when I was looking for a particular item.

Awh man I have no idea where to start but Daniel from the kitchen department, he helped me out with designing the whole kitchen, he knows what he is doing and how to make the kitchen look aesthetic. I love my new kitchen. All thanks to Daniel. He need a huge huge promotion.
