Horrible customer service. My daughter is 18 and she and I went into the bank to open her a joint savings account with her checking account. The teller at the front desk said you have to have an appointment, I said okay how about Thursday at 9:00am. Mind you the day I went in was Monday January 22, 2024. I asked her do you need her name and number. She said YEAH. Then she said someone will call you. As we turned and walked away I turned back around and saw her throw the paper with my daughter’s information in the garbage. Okay that shows RACISM. I will definitely be calling corporate and a manager at the office to explain to me is this your practice. Contact another Huntington Bank and they explained to me you don’t need an appointment to open an account FOR REAL !!!!!

One of the worst customer service experiences I've had in my life. If you fr fr must bank with Huntington, pick any other branch except this one.Not only do the Huntington bank employees at this branch mindlessly follow outdated and blatantly racist policies, they do so with glee.If you want to be financially harmed, offended, more jaded with big banks, and annoyingly inconvenienced, then go check out this Huntington Bank branch in the busy Ford Rd. shopping district.I've since (quiet) closed my account over this incident and have interviewed several attorneys regarding legal representation for a civil rights lawsuit.

Some of the rudest, most condescending people I've ever met. There is one woman in particular (the tall woman with dark hair) who is downright wicked and appears to enjoy the tears she causes her targeted victim. (Narcissist?) And a short, pudgy man who enjoys his little power trips. However, Jada is kind and professional and should be the manger there.*Not a place I recommend.

Huntington bank is just the same as the old ones. I miss the employees at the old place. Great service. Very helpful.

Honestly, this used to be a great bank but ever since they moved to this location it just has gone downhill number one, the ATM never works. It’s always something, the screen doesn’t work or you can’t deposit cash you always have to wait till this branch opens. number two, the 1800 number people have became so rude lately, I just feel like it’s not even worth my time to keep working with Huntington with my businesses and my personal accounts. They should’ve never moved to this location. The people inside are very nice but other than that they just lost a customer.

First person in line today and waited 20 minutes to cash a check in person with four tellers available. I’ve had SEVEN past mistakes with deposits since September. Seriously, considering moving my banking somewhere else after the merger from TCF. The customer service has unfortunately been going downhill month over month :(

I don't like going into this branch because they always look at me like I have a horn growing out of my head! They look at me, then down at my account balance, then look at me again. The tellers actually gather to look at my account balance in awe. It's ridiculous! It makes me uncomfortable. I do my best to do everything online and loathe when need to go in.

ATM was out of service. Went inside to get cash. Waited in line five to ten minutes. Teller wanted me to fill out withdrawal slip for cash instead of using debit/ATM card. I asked when the ATM would be back in service and she said in a few minutes. So, I walked out and got back in my car and went to the ATM, and in a couple of minutes, got my cash. Didn't have to fill out anything!

Tellers sorry, i think the manager is the same like tellers, becouse doesn't take no actions on his team (mediocre job), and the reviews what is on this branch.I think with all my accounts with huntington i am done with this location

Poor customer service at best, clearly they don't want to take any extra effort or have to work 1 minute past closing to take care of a customer. They'd rather sit on their thumb the last 10 minutes and do no work instead of earn business

Why are people in the drive through less of a priority than those in the lobby? You would think after merging the branches together in one building there would be enough people to cover both the floor and the drive through. I guess not. Waiting in line for 30 min to get a withdrawal seems a bit much…
