Nickolas Frederick was great! He knew what he was doing, fast and effective. He was kind and explained things well. Unfortunately, whoever was in charge shouldn't have left only one person there to take care of all the clients and answer all the calls. I was disappointed that no one reached out to me to inform me that the original person I was scheduled to see would not be in today. Seems like this is a normal thing for this location since it happened the previous year as well.

Don’t make an appointment here. They take walk-ins before appointments. I had an appointment at 12pm and waited till 12:30 and left because the lady I scheduled with was working with two other people who were walk-ins before me. Don’t accept walk-ins if you know you have an appointment coming…

I sent all of my documents to this site on 2/23 and asked them to contact me with any questions. I've sent one follow up through their website and made (3) phone calls and I have yet to get a response from anyone. At this point I'm concerned whether anyone is actually working on my tax return. Given the other review out here I'm afraid to start somewhere else because I don't want to pay two companies to file my taxes. Customer service / communication has been horrible; I can only hope that they file my taxes correctly.
