“The room is great, awesome service, super clean room and pool area! I am absolutely happy after a bad experience from a different hotel in the area. Also very thankful for Ashley!! She was awesome with my 5 year old at the desk and was extremely helpful! All in all I highly recommend staying here!”

“I arrived at the location three hours after check in time. The guy at the front desk was running around chasing his kid around the hotel lobby. I attempted to try Check in. Upon doing so, the front desk clerk told me that my room was not ready. I said, sir, it's 3 hours past the check in time.When will it be ready? His reply was he had no idea when the room would be ready. The front desk clerk then became very unprofessional and told me he would not honor my reservation. I tried contacting the management and the hotel staff. I was left on hold for a hour. I also try to contact the management the next day, and the manager told me that he will call me back in 15 minutes. No response yet. The hotel still charged me for the 2 nights stay that I did not receive. Upon my departure, there were several other customers in the lobby complaining that their rooms were dirt. I guess my whole problem is how do you have time to run around and chase a child around the lobby. The management the staff at this location is horrible!!!! I'll never return to be disrespected by Towneplace unprofessional staff and management team.”

“I stayed at this place for a week. The front desk guy helped me a lot with patience and lent me his laptop for my personal work. The room service was great. If you are looking for affordable, clean rooms and friendly staff, go for it. Walkable locations: White Castle, saroki’s (food), some bar, liquor palace (alcohol), Gas stations.

“As someone who travels full time I am always on the lookout for good Airbnbs and hotels. This location never disappoints for bang for your buck. Where else can you get a clean room w great water pressure, helpful staff, great location right off the highway, all for around $50 a night (3rd party app) ??”

“Staff was friendly and helpful. Parking in front of first level rooms was very convenient.
