“The room is great, awesome service, super clean room and pool area! I am absolutely happy after a bad experience from a different hotel in the area. Also very thankful for Ashley!! She was awesome with my 5 year old at the desk and was extremely helpful! All in all I highly recommend staying here!”

“I arrived at the location three hours after check in time. The guy at the front desk was running around chasing his kid around the hotel lobby. I attempted to try Check in. Upon doing so, the front desk clerk told me that my room was not ready. I said, sir, it's 3 hours past the check in time.When will it be ready? His reply was he had no idea when the room would be ready. The front desk clerk then became very unprofessional and told me he would not honor my reservation. I tried contacting the management and the hotel staff. I was left on hold for a hour. I also try to contact the management the next day, and the manager told me that he will call me back in 15 minutes. No response yet. The hotel still charged me for the 2 nights stay that I did not receive. Upon my departure, there were several other customers in the lobby complaining that their rooms were dirt. I guess my whole problem is how do you have time to run around and chase a child around the lobby. The management the staff at this location is horrible!!!! I'll never return to be disrespected by Towneplace unprofessional staff and management team.”

“I took time to read the reviews beforehand, and saw three words. Safe, clean, and quiet. That’s all I was looking for, and it lived up to all three. Yes, it’s a visibly older building, but the room was nice, clean, and comfortable. Nobody screaming in the halls at 3 am. Had a microwave and refrigerator. Continental breakfast was fine and the coffee good. Walked 5 minutes to Carrabas restaurant one night and enjoyed that. Right in the heart of the IKEA area on Ford road. We spent 2 nights here. Affordable place to stay.”

“I really like all the staff at super 8. I even like the managers too. Easy to talk to. Check in was great. Room was clean and nice I just got the jacuzzi room. It was really nice and clean with king size comfortable bed with 4 pillows that was also soft. Two ice machines one on the first floor, another on second floor both work great. Heater works great and so does the air.”

“Love it here was only gonna stay a cpl days, ended up staying a cpl weeks. The female staff is amazing. Loved the new guy. The old guy not so much. The weekend breakfast lady is Amazing n puts up with so much without getting the credit she deserves. Only complaint I would have is supplies run out real fast if you're not up early you don't get the good stuff. She should be here all week bc weekday breakfast sux. N there's a severe lack of towels. We jus washed our own. N we struggled with the Wifi. Other than that. It was clean n conveniently located whether you had to walk or drive.Rooms: Clean. Spacious.Nearby activities: Everything you need, want desireSafety: Couple got into it downstairs n police n staff handled it quickly.Walkability: Everything!Food & drinks: Weekend lunch lady deserves a raise n more credit. Should be here every day! We looked forward to seeing her on the weekends.Noteworthy details: Wifi sucked n lack of towels. Other than that no complaints..”
