I ordered a honey baked turkey, Au gratin potatoes, and baked beans. Ordering online and pickup was perfect. The baked beans were delicious but the turkey was not very flavorful and the au gratins were just ok.

I stopped by at 5:38pm to get a sandwich but I can't get one because they stop serving them at 5:30 but the store is open til 6:30pm. What is the point of being open a whole another hour when you don't serve your sandwiches. You have huge signs all over the store for them and a neon sign flashing "serving" lunch. Very disappointing.

Food is pricey, walked in and everyone is sitting around on the phone. Yet when I order a chicken salad sandwich off of the lunch menu. They haven't made it. Both here and Novi never have lunch stuff ready for, well, lunch.

Your products stand on their own. Hands down second to none, I just purchased my small 7lb ham serving for four. I witnessed the customer next to me examining her ham as if she was servicing under the hood of a Honda. Amy emerges from the back selects a ham the size I described and tells me its against store policy for me to have a peek. Wow! really i just witness a full exam but okay. She advised if i looked at it in the car and im not satisfied- my prize is to return to the store , stand in a now longer line and try it again after spending nearly $80. The ham selection was fine, thank goodness. Good customer service will make the difference in whether i will ever return to this particular location. Dont lie to a customer, charge them and inconvenience them all in one breath. Good customer relations makes dollars and sense..yes I know cents. Lazy, rude and lack of customer relation skills= non repeat business- at least not this location!

Every year my family goes here, the service is usually always great. This time there was a few customers that had attitude problems with staff that in my opinion was uncalled for. Highly recommend their online order ahead feature.
