I recently took my pickup truck, here, to have repairs done to the roof of the vehicle. In the process they had to take down the liner inside my truck in order to access the roof. When I picked up my vehicle everything looked fine on the outside and even on the inside until a few days later when I was in the backseat getting my groceries out. That’s when I noticed that the lamp cover was missing on my dome light. I drove back up to the collision shop and spoke with the manager about this. Seeing how they are the ones that removed the liner in my truck, then, they are responsible for the missing lens on my dome light. The manager took a look at it and casually explained that he didn’t think there was any way they did this and that they had only just moved my roof liner and hung it over my seats, while they worked on the roof top.
I looked at him like, seriously? After a moment he said, I guess I can go inside and look it up and order it. So, I left. Expecting to hear back from him once they received the new light cover. Well, after A week went by, I contacted them again and spoke to the secretary that told me that they were still working on it. Since then, another two weeks have gone by and I have not heard back from them. So, It feels like they really had no intentions on ever replacing my missing light cover. I ended up having to go to the dealership, where I bought my truck, and ordered the item, myself. It cost me an additional $20 on top of the $500 deductible I had already paid to HPFC.
I received the new light cover just yesterday from my dealership. Then the fun part started. Ugh! I had to fight with the old cover for over 30 minutes before figuring out how to remove it and put on the new one. Cutting my finger in the process. It had a bunch of plastic tips on it that were supposed to just snap into place. Well, you know how it goes, nothing ever goes as planned. And this took a lot of effort and time to complete. Not to mention that while I was doing it, I noticed dirty handprints all over my roof liner from the guys that had previously worked on it at Hines Park Lincoln Ford collision.
So, the moral of the story is…Don’t take your vehicles to HINES PARK LINCOLN FORD COLLISION for repairs!!!!

Hines Park Collision was super efficient in getting my car taken care of. Other local shops didn’t have availability to even just look at my car for 4-8 weeks and Hines Park got me in & repaired in 2.5! They were great with communication, and everything has run smoothly since I’ve gotten my car back. Michelle answered all of my many questions & was super friendly! I included before & after photos, too. Highly recommend!Service: Painting

Twice we received inaccurate estimates. Things were “forgotten by mistake” waste of time.

Ehhh, idk. Initially I thought that this shop was very accommodating. Michelle allowed me to bring my car in earlier due to the shops being backed up until August. The good thing about the shop is, the collision team did an awesome job. Car doesn’t even look like someone hit me. BUT!!! Upon me picking up the vehicle, there were a few things that caught my eye… the button on the top of my gear shifter was now broken although it wasn’t before I took the car in… then my check engine light was on as well. When I called and spoke to Ryan who is apparently the manager, he didn’t want to take responsibility for breaking the shifter button although, the broken piece was found on THEIR property in the parking lot. It took me calling my insurance company for them to get the part ordered. Long story short, be careful. I in-fact will never bring my car here or even recommend it. The bad they did outweighed their service. This is unacceptable business.

I had the rear fascia replaced and painted by the body shop on my 2015 Toyota Sienna from a parking lot ding. Work was performed after XMAS holiday 5 months ago. The new fascia was not painted properly. The paint is peeling off in sheets. Yes, they are repainting it but I am without my vehicle for three days. They did provide a rental vehicle at Enterprise car rental service but only for a compact vehicle. That was unsatisfactory for me and after I called Hines Park Collision from the waiting room at Enterprise they did, eventually, agree to a comparably sized vehicle. They get one star simply because an automotive collision shop paint finish should not peel off at all let alone in 5 months if the part was properly prepped and painted.

Friendly staff, work performed was satisfactory will see how it holds up to michigans harsh salt seasons. Work performed took a week longer due to parts availabilty.
