They let my dog go four days without eating more than a couple bites of food and didn't bother to call me. They have known her for years and have always followed the same routine to get her eating but this time decided not to do that and also not to call me. When I asked why I hadn't been called staff acted like that was totally normal. In the past I've always been notified if she wasnt eating after the first meal she refused. Im just so disappointed . They've lost my trust.

We could not be happier with Halliday’s! I was always very skeptical about boarding/doggy daycare because I had a not-so-great experience while living in another state. I am so glad we decided to give Halliday’s a try. Our young dog Potato has been so ecstatic to socialize with many other dogs and our older, shy girl Porter clearly is enjoying the novelty of day care and the attention that she receives from the staff. We have always employed dog sitters when we have been away from home for various reasons but we would not hesitate to board our pups here. Trust is key with our most precious family members and at Halliday’s we wouldn’t be worried at all! Thank you to all Halliday’s staff that take such wonderful care of our pups.

My dog loves it here! He knows when we are headed towards Hallidays and gets so excited. All the staff is very friendly and you can tell they like their jobs. Would definitely recommend for boarding and daycare

We are always very happy with our service here. Our pet always comes home happy and healthy. Customer service is also great. Our pup can be a handful but they’re always very patient and understanding.

This place abuses our animals. They don't care about the safety of the animals in their care. Staff is run by 15 years old employees who don't know what they are doing. I was told by staff that if you pay extra for playtimes and business walks... they will not do those extras because they don't feel like it. When picking up my dog from daycare, I saw a young woman (teenager) yelling and swearing at the dog because he didn't want to walk down the hall with a leash. The facility smells like pee all the time, and the building is so old.

My dogs love this place! Went to a few others around the area and none compare to this one.

My girls were well taken care of!! The facility is bright and clean. Everyone we encountered was very nice and enthusiastic. During the tour I even stated that I wanted to work there!! I would warn about the day charges—and it is stated on the website—no matter how late or early you drop off/pick up, you are charged for the full day. I am also pleased that they are strict on vaccinations and pest protection! I’ve finally found a new hotel for my girls!!

They love my dogs almost as much as I do. Insightful and sensitive to each dog and what makes them most comfortable and happy.

Wanted to like them but they quoted one price when I booked my dogs stay then when I picked him up they wanted two times the price they said. Seems like a decent place and my dog was happy when I picked him up. Just make sure the price is right in the first place.

I only had my great dane boarded here once and it was very weird. When I booked the appointment and called to confirm they didn't have my reservation even though I made one which an employee helped, I also got attitudefrom the manager like she didn't believe me. Then when I picked up my dog, he was behaving strange, nothing like himself, really bad diarrhea, didn't even recognize my boyfriend or I, and didn't act like himself for 4 days after we brought him home. Overall I'm not sure what happened but this was the only boarding place that made him act differently.

Let me start by saying this review has nothing to do with the care my 4 large German Shepherd Dogs received during their 2 week stay but everything to do with the BILL. When you go out of the Country for 2 week you expect to come back to the bill that was agreed upon from the start. On the phone I was quoted $34 per dog and a discount for a multiple dog home. That’s not what I came back to. My dogs are Raw fed, which was discussed on the phone at the initial call. I asked them how they wanted me to bring it up ( portioned or in tubs to scoop) they told me to bring it in tubs and that they would scoop it. They also told me that they had more than enough fridge and freezer space. THEY DID NOT!!! They only had a staff fridge in the break room. They charged $75 per dog for a special diet. They also made us take the food back and have people ( not involved in our dogs care) bring it back up as they needed it. (We believe in fresh food, picture is our dogs diet)Then first night one of my dogs had anxiety and chewed up caulking out of the floor. We immediately had someone, again not involved in their care at all, bring his crate. They saw pictures of the damage but didn’t think the damage look that bad. They asked if we would be charged and the facility staff at the time said no, but we were charged another $160. We never saw those pictures ourselves. At this time, I’ve called several times over the last 2 weeks and was told that the owner would call back but nothing. At least 3 messages left and spoke to staff 2or3 times who told me the owner would call but nothing from them.I will never return!

We boarded our Aussie (Skye) for 7 days. This is our second time boarding and this was just as good of an experience as the first. The information is very clear, they are very attentive to Skye, and when picking her up she seemed content (as much as we could tell). Considering we have an Aussie, there are optional play times to keep her active. This was very important to us. The staff is very friendly and great to deal with. We will be back again the next time we are on vacation.

The staff is warm and welcoming. They take great care of my dog and she always comes home exhausted from playing with the other dogs.
