Why are these places still open if they only carry the most popular games? They never have any of the obscure or indie or even certain triple A titles. It’s only ever Mario titles and whatever is the biggest PS5 game at the time. I’ve come in countless times and the staff never knows what I'm talking about. I just don’t see a purpose in stores like these if they don’t offer anything different than Amazon or Target, which bring the same offerings. It would be so convenient to get the physical copy of games I want instantly, but they never have anything good. Just go down the block to Target. They have the same selection of games and they usually have better sales.

Purchased Minecraft game for my grandsons birthday. They didn't have the game so the the cashier recommended a download for $47 with a code on the receipt. Asked him several times are you sure this will work he assured me it would. It wouldn't accept the code told him all I got was a it's a third party not his problem and no refund. GameStop in Canton is a rip off will be calling the BBB and reporting them. Payed my money to GameStop expected a refund from them for faulty merchandise. Very poor service bad product! SCAMMERS!

I've been a GameStop customer for years but this location for GameStop I've only been coming to for about 2 years now and since it's the closest one to me I find myself becoming more of a fan of this location because it has the games I'm looking for and makes it very easy for me to locate them when I walk in to the store

Great service, and I had fun talking to the employee after buying my cards. A lot of gamestops have really good deals on booster packs, like the 2 singles I got for 3.95 apiece (Pokémon) without membership. They always seem to have pre-order stock available for newer games as well, even after the release date, which is nice. This location is a good one. ?

It is November 17th 2023 @ 1107 est. I was told the store would open at 1000est for preorders of Super Mario RPG. The store is still closed. It is raining outside. This is the second time I've shown up to this GameStop and the store simply doesn't open when it says it will. Hardly any stock on most days. Staff is nice when they show up to work. Last time I'll be coming to this GameStop and likely the last time I'll preorder through them.

The store clerk Neveah was fabulous she makes sure all customers are satisfied and keeps you updated on all pre orders and new games as well as updating new equipment as needed. Excellent customer service satisfaction 10/10

Clerk wasted 2000 of my pro points by applying a $10 coupon to an $8 purchase and basically just said oh well my bad deal with it! Told me he thought I wouldn't care about a few bucks. Not his right to decide. He refused to do anything about it too.

Fantastic customer service. We had a problem with our transaction and the manager (Niveah) went above and beyond to try and get it resolved.Only complaint is that you have to be a "pro" member to make certain purchases ($15/yr due) but I get it, they have to make money somehow.
