Went out of my way to this location for a specific item. Picked out a few other things and was refused because they wouldn’t break a $100 bill for a $50 purchase. Mark then explained that he couldn’t because he’d have to wait 10 minutes to get more change from the safe. Mind you… I was the only customer in a store staffed by 3 people and this was too much inconvenience. I will definitely order from Amazon before shopping here again.

Customer service sucks. Game selection terrible. Can’t use gift cards for things that they sell. Save your money order online from elsewhere.

I really do like this place great people that work in there but I pre ordered a game for my Xbox series x and it said I would get it 3 days early and then I call them seeing if a copy of the game was In so I drove 30 minutes out to pick it up to find out it was for the ps5 if you pre order something and one of the benefits is to play the game early I should have already had it or my money back for the deluxe addition I will never be pre ordering a physical game again and probably be shopping here in general after this but again great staff he gave me a keychain for inconvenience which was nice and all but what about the money I wasted for this game that wouldn’t have been an issue if I bought it digitally

Staff takes a lunch break and closes the store right when everyone else gets off work (4:40pm- 5:40pm). Hours of operation are 12 noon to 8pm during the week according to the website.Everyone deserves some kind of break during the day, but at least stagger shifts or something and keep the store open. Was a waste of my time heading up to this place.

Went in on Dec 28th to return a game it said to go to any gamestop near by to return the game went inside to the dude (didnt get name) kept saying it was done all online and when we tired to show him the email that it could be returned to any store he just kept saying “you have to do it online” refusing to help us. Ive never had a problem at this store with customer service this cashier needs to either be nicer to people or sould not be an employee.

I went into GameStop on 11.21.23 and traded in many items. I waited patiently because Mr. Devin was on lunch. Once he returned, I ran inside with my items.Devin helped right away and started checking my items out and ringing them up all while helping two other customers. I witnessed Devin pick up the phone with a rude customer and he handled the phone call with patience. After the call was done, he turned around with a smile on his face and acted like nothing happened.Thank you sir, you give me hope in this world. We need more Devin.
