I've been with this bank for 15 years. In that time my account has been compromised over 10 times. I'm changing banks. Horrible online service. No one speaks English.

I haven't -read with Good News - at all !!!! I just joined the bank on Ford Rd. in Canton about a Month ago.. Everyone was very nice & helpful - ! ! I Opened up a Checking acct. Very helpful Lady. I went back last week to open up a Saving Acct. A Young Man helped me & helped a lot! Everyone was very helpful, and smiled. I would recommend this bank.

Worst customer service I’ve had at a bank in a while. And the poor service is consistent every time I go to this location. Gina Simmons is the only person I will speak with at this location from here on out because she’s the only professional I’ve encountered so far. Wish I had another branch close by.

ATM is full and won't accept cash. I'm trying to prevent an OD fee but cannot because all of your ATMs are full. Need to empty them more than once a week.

I've had my share of banking experiences over my lifetime and I have bank accounts still open today from 30 years ago. But run, don't walk away from this awful establishment of a so-called bank. They have zero respect for their customers. Getting answers to simple questions is like pulling teeth. This is not what customer service is supposed to be about. It's to serve your clients. With two credit card accounts and two bank accounts now closed after less than a year, I wouldn't even let this incompetent establishment hold my piggy banks for two seconds and I do have one. Fifth-Third Bank Hands down is the worst bank to deal with both locally and via their 800 number where they transfer you around to no fewer than three CSR agents to get the necessary answers you need or accomplish a simple task such as authorizing a transfer when you're unable to do so online due to ridiculous blocks that make no sense and when you ask for reasons why you can't? They tell you they are for security reasons. It's my money. If I can't move it around the way I want to when I want to and how I want to? You're not a bank. You're a freakin money tyrant. Hard pass. You should too. They could learn a thing or two from the likes of DFCU and Huntington. But it doesn't look like they ever will.

We needed some support in adjusting a trust to allow my wife to help my mother in law with her banking. I called and made an appointment at the branch and wasn’t sure what to expect given some of the complicated issues with the legal documents.Our appointment was with Aaron Hall who listened to what we needed to and set up a gameplan. He asked for our patience as he needed to coordinate with 5/3 legal and walk through several steps to accomplish what we wanted to get done.Aaron knew exactly how to navigate the steps, worked with their legal via chat and ultimately got everything we needed to get done completed. He was excellent to work with and in this day and age, customer service seems to be an after thought. Not true with Aaron - he was amazing and shows great, caring customer service still exists today.Cannot recommend him and 5/3 enough

The worst customer service ever. Mariam Hariri and Saadia Khan are very unprofessional. I talked to Mariam first. Every time I asked her a question, she couldn't answer it and had to go to the Saadia to get the answer over and over again. She was raising her voice, rolling her eyes and talked over me all the time. She clearly doesn't treat clients with respect and and absolutely doesn't know what she is doing. I told her I need to talk to the manager to complain about you. She said you can complain to whoever you want I don't care, go ahead. I talked to Saadia but she was as rude and disrespectful as well. She was raising her voice and didn't make eye contact. She said Mariam knows what she is doing which is completely false, she couldn't answer a single question without going back and forth over and over again to Saadia to get the answers. I had to switch to Bank of America because of this terrible experience.

Mariam is so unprofessional and rude. She keeps intrupting clinets and doesn't know what she is doing. Also, the manager Saadia is disrespecful. She kept raisning her voice and talking over me.
