Had to cancel my order after they sold out of my item even though the website said they had 2 in stock. I contacted 2 different employees in the website chat and neither one could help me. Finally was able to cancel my order, even if I had to do it myself.

Store was super clean and well stocked. Staff was helpful checking prices and making sure we found the right items for what we needed, and was super friendly and kind to my kid. They had some good deals too! It's been a long time since I've been in this store and I'll definitely be back!

The worse customer service I've seen, multiple items placed under the wrong signs which I understand. The manager continued to be rude instead of understanding the conerns. Sad.

Absolutely worthless help. Asked for a fitting room to be opened and the employee said he would meet me by the fitting rooms in a minute and he never showed up.

Not a single sole in this place is willing to help you. Asked for help and the girl disappeared and never came back. I waited over 20 mins for her to come back and nothing. Once my husband started to say something then employees wanted to come out and help. At that point it was too late, my husband and I were aggravated and left. We will just take our business elsewhere.

They really do a good job at this location. The employees are helpful and kind, things are clean, it’s a very chill atmosphere.

Store is beautiful and so clean and organized. I appreciated that all of the clothes that I saw on racks and tables were in the correct order by size. That attention to detail is impressive to me.

I walked around for 20 minutes and several employees walked by without a smile or asking if I needed help. Not one person tried to assist in the shoe department. Disappointed. The staff at the Ford Road location are wonderful but the Michigan Avenue location: nope.
