I love this CVS store because of Marie. She works the cash register, stocks/labels shelves, and is the sweetest lady. Marie is polite and helpful, and is always working hard. Her smile and kind demeanor are so appreciated!

Shout out to Matt, not sure if he was the store manager but I sent my bf in to look for a certain plushie for our child and Matt went above and beyond to find it for him. This is what you call quality customer service. Give this man a raise cvs!!!

Outstanding patient service from the Minute Clinic staff. My husband and I came in for COVID testing. We were seen promptly and treated professionally, and with dignity. We are so grateful to the staff and management for a seamless, positive experience under less than ideal circumstances.

Horrible customer service! Claudia the store manager has no proper work etiquette. As a former cvs employee, as I work as a pharmacist technician at store #8208 in Plymouth, I was well trained to always deliver proper customer service. Recently I had purchased a phone charger from this cvs, and it was found to be defective and only lasted me for 3-5 days. So I decided to come back and return it. While trying to return it, Claudia gave me such rude customer service. She showed no eye contact, talked to me in a rude tone, and she told me to go back to my MY CVS. How rude! I know I keep using the word “rude,” but this was just how the whole situation went down. Go back to your cvs is pretty equivalent to “go back to your country.” Is Claudia telling me that I can’t shop at this exact cvs because I don’t work at this one? I am free to shop wherever I would like to, and a refund system exists for a reason. At our cvs, if you need to return something, it is done in a kind and friendly manner, and even if you don’t have a receipt, we give you store credit. I was pretty much being told that I had no luck in returning this defective charger. Overall, horrible experience, I did my get my way by exchanging the damn charger but she told me if this one stops working I have to take it to the MY CVS. Claudia I’m also aware of a former employee who left recently a few months back, now I understand why. The nice blonde lady with glasses and Pam are super sweet here, but Claudia is the true devil.

Pharmacy staff is helpful, friendly and quick. The texts and app notify me when my scripts are ready, so there is no guessing game.

the staff at the pharmacy here seem pretty dedicated. I always get what I need+get my questions answered Well!! I've never seen a pharmacy error in the 40 years I've been going there! which is incredible i love the little guy there

I was literally on hold for over 10 minutes and unfortunately/eventually had to give up because I had to tend to my baby. At this point, they have to have had the phone muted or something because the whole time I was on hold, not one person made the effort to check-in with me (as other locations typically do). I understand that sometimes you can be short staffed, but out of respect, this shouldn’t be something that happens at a pharmacy. Very upsetting and unsettling, especially when I’m just trying to refill a prescription.

My only complaint ever with CVS is the checkout taking far too long. I like that they installed a self checkout. Makes life a little easier!

Pharmacy staff are amazingly patient with very upset customers and they are hard working individuals. These people deserve respect and praise for working mad hours and sacrificing a lot of their extra time. Thank you all pharmacy staff, you are appreciated!

Never had one problem with this pharmacy except my insurance which is not the pharmacys fault. Meds are always on time and great customer service. I highly reccomend this location!

What’s the point of having a booster appointment if you still have to wait 15 minutes for a 3 second shot. The guy that gave me my shot seemed out of it, he did not know the answers to simple questions and he put the bin with the needle and items in it on the floor and proceeded to get on his knees and give me my shot. So unsanitary, if something happens with me, CVS will be paying me and my family forever.
