I have been going to this cvs for awhile for my Rx needs. However, I was very upset recently when I got diagnosed with gestational diabetes and I had to fill my insulin pen needles here. The first fill was good with 4mm needles for my insulin pen. However, my second fill of needles I ended up getting 8mm needles. Double the size. I was getting all bruised up from these needles so I called my doctors office which told me that 8mm should of never been filled by Rx and that it should of been 4mm. 8mm isn't effective for insulin injections. I had to call 4x today to get the correct 4mm needles ranging from "oh your insurance won't cover this", " you picked up your needles last week,"it was like no one communicated when earlier in the day they told me it would be ready and i didn't end up being able to pick them up until around 3pm. Really, I feel I shouldn't had to pay for the needles because they were filled incorrectly the last time but I just did anyways to get the right needle sizes. Anyways, definitely disappointed in the service provided today and will plan on going elsewhere after this situation. I hope others who are diabetics are actually getting the right needle sizes because apparently it's something that needs to be checked don't just take things for granted that it's being done correctly.

Enough with the daily spam robocalls! I don't ever want a phone call about my prescriptions. Ever. For any reason. I did not sign up for this spam. Email me or let me decide when I need medication. This CVS is fine other than that. Frequently the front cashier seems to be missing and multitasking but does show up after a bit.

I have had nothing but great experiences at this CVS location. The pharmacy staff are kind and make sure you they can help you in any way possible. I often drive 30 minutes to this location over the multiple CVS locations around me because they are consistent in filling prescriptions fast and making sure they provide education on medications.

Terrible customer service. Waited in line forever and then the card readers would not work. After 10 minutes at the cash register, my order had to be voided and moved to another register. No apologies. I just got home and found that parts of my order were not in the bag. No gift card for the birthday I have tomorrow and my makeup was not in there either.

I've come here a few times to get some prescriptions filled for my grandmother who lives in the area and I've always had a pleasant experience. The pharmacy staff has helped us overcome insurance hurdles, answered a ton of questions about medications, and more. 5 star service for sure. I typically wait for the prescriptions here and two years in a row now I've gone ahead and gotten my flu shot and it's been an easy breezy process. They take walk-ins, you just fill out a quick form, and they give you a quick shot and you can be on your way (my insurance covers my shot so I didn't have a copay, but I believe the fee is minimal if you don't have that coverage). They also offer vaccines for shingles, pneumonia, meningitis, and more. Check into the Minute Clinic for more info on that. As a store it's also clean and organized and the staff is also really helpful and friendly. Great shop overall!

Disappointing customer service. Asked to use a restroom while shopping and was told I couldn't because it was locked and there was nothing they could do about it. I asked where a restroom was available in the plaza and they said everything was closed now. And I would have to just drive around to find a bathroom somewhere. Also, only two cashiers on duty for the entire store, and no one available in the aisles, so impossible to find any help about product questions. I would not recommend this CVS. I miss my CVS in Dearborn on Outer Drive! Best employees, tons of help...and they always let you use their restroom. LOL!
