I have been visiting CVS pharmacy at 42433 Ford Road, Canton, mi 48187 several times. I have excellent experience every time I go there. The pharmacist is very knowledgeable and very friendly & very patient, he is the best .

OMG. Worst CVS I've been to, I've reviewed a lot of business's and this is by far the worst customer service I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. Angela is a horrible leader, I witnessed her screaming at an employee in front of other customers. I will drive out of my my way to go elsewhere.

Rosa is an amazing Pharmacist! She goes above and beyond and has always been so helpful. I have had nothing short of great experience everytime I go there, which is often. She is very proactive and really cares about the customer.

Oof. I called to transfer my prescription here and have since not been able to reach them by phone no matter when I call. Big mistake. They told me it would be ready yesterday and I still have heard nothing and can’t get them to pick up. Am currently out of medication totally and have been waiting on hold my entire lunch hour and have yet to speak to a person. Not only is this bad service you must also take into account that this is dangerous. Good luck with this location if you want to not die.

Customer service is very rude. I tried calling for information about COVID-19 tests. They rushed me and hung up on me after I said I had another question, saying “they didn’t have time for this.” Just because they are busy or having a bad day doesn’t mean they should take it out on the customer. I recommend going to a different CVS.

Most valuable experience I’ve had. The customer service is remarkable!The lead pharmacist will go out of her way to help customers look for self serve items and is polite and kind!The staff is very friendly and always welcoming as I’m disabled.Probably the best customer service I’ve had at any location in years!5 stars!

Couldn’t get my prescription. Told me multiple time they would have it but they didn’t they should have had it three days ago. I was told to call other stores to see if they have it then call my doctor. Just go somewhere else man….

I would recommend going to another CVS location. This store has horrible customer service. The clerk used CVS ExtraBucks which were on my account for a transaction that totalled less than the value of the ExtraBucks - thus wasting the credit. When I returned to get this resolved, the manager said there was nothing she could do and simply told me to call the CVS phone number. Usually managers are willing to help solve your issue, but not here. Go elsewhere.

HORRIBLE SERVICE!!!!! EVERY MONTH ME OR MY WIFE HAVE AN ISSUE.. TODAY'S ISSUE WAS THE PHARMACIST SAID THE PERSCRIPTION IS A DAY EARLY.. WE HAVE BEEN PICKING THE SAME SCRIPT UP ON THE SAME DAY FOR A WHILE NOW. THE DAY RICHARDSONS CLOSED IS THE DAY IT WENT DOWN HILL....Sent nce I have written this I have more issues. There is clearly discrimination happening and every chance the pharmacists get they do it. My wife filled a prescription on a Friday written by same PA.. I go the next Friday mine is not okay. Prior month was too early but it wasn't.. The pharmacist couldn't understand that there are extra days in months.. Ie..only February has 28 days.. The other months have 30 or 31. Basic mathematics. To be clear I will be following up with this discrimination. I never had an issue in the 7 years of going hear until these 2 pharmacists... The rest are great.. The lead and one other are the issues and it's sad.. I really enjoy the people and the other employees

I cannot, in good faith, support CVS. Since they let the main pharmacist (Will) go, I will be transferring my families prescriptions else where. The only reason I continued to fill my prescriptions at this location or CVS in general was because of the kindness and compassion Will showed my family and I. CVS is just another money hungry company that cares more about profits than their customers, letting him go just reinforces that. I know I am not the only one who is VERY unhappy over it. I’ve called 1-800-SHOP-CVS and voiced my dissatisfaction, but I doubt upper management will even listen to my concerns.Profits over patients and it’s such a shame! A Fortune 500 company with the most recent profits reported upward of $5 BILLION dollars, but their stores are always understaffed and employees are underpaid.I hope they see this. They’ll know how to reach me.

Great pharmacy! Very fast, convenient and personable experience!! Started going there a month ago after seeing a bunch of negative reviews and was impressed of how bias some reviews can be. Love CVS on Ford and Lilley. Writing and reading reviews is critical but sometimes, personal preference and experience is much more crucial and relevant.

AMAZING pharmacists! Very personable, will get you questions answered and will have you in and out quick. The best cvs pharmacy I have ever been to. They do take the pharmacy discount cards with no problem!

I have to say now that Will the pharmacist is gone I will never go back to CVS again. When this location transitioned from Richardson’s to CVS I thought it would lose its hometown feel and customer service. But Will never let that go away. Now that he is gone I see no reason the frequent this location. I went in today to get my prescription and the pharmacist working couldn’t even give me the time of day to explain all the side affects. Will was the only reason I kept going here.
