Usually the tellers are sweet and kind and there to assist you. Today I went into my local Comerica bank and I was waiting for 15 minutes for a teller to be left with the rude woman at drive through who didn’t assist me well and had attitude. This is unfortunate that I had to experience this from my local bank

I was here today 4/10/24 to cash a payroll check. Marcella was the one taking care of me. She did a wonderful job explaining everything to me. Bright bubbly personality and pretty also. I think she deserves a raise and promotion, maybe even part ownership in the bank.

Lady working the line would take our Id and information walk away and never come back, good thing the machine will send it back after awhile
