Worst location anywhere. ATMs never work. Then when I had to take the money through the drive thru the lady was super rude and said, “You know we have ATMs.” Then I use the atm last night and it ate my money and did not deposit it. Claims department now says up to 12 days before I get my money back. Awful experience.

Deposited a $32,000 check over a week ago and still not processed or cleared. I was told by the clerk it will be deposited soon and partial of the funds would be available, but now I'm getting overdrafts everyday until the funds are released since I had large card payments scheduled for after the check was cleared expecting it by now.My account has $32,000 coming in but yet they are charging me hundreds per day for overdraft, and no one is able to help at all. When the funds are clearly on hold by someone at the branch that is holding them until 11/13/2023. I was not notified of any of this and was told different

Worst bank, worst customer service. I would give minus ➖ star if there were a minus option.ALL CUSTOMERS PAY ATTENTION ⚠️ ⛔️ CITIZENS BANK CHARGES CUSTOMERS $3 FEES MONTHLY FOR THE STATEMENT.I enrolled in paperless for 3 times, but it still goes beck to paper mail delivery.I called this location, the lady was not professional talking to me.I told her I have enrolled in paperless for 3 times. The first 2 times a bank employee helped me doing it at the bank on my own phone, and 1 time I did it at home on my laptop. She tells me you have to know how to do it?!?!?! But ma'am, I just told you an employee of citizens bank at your location helped me enroll in paperless on my own phone at the bank, and how come I know myself????She replied (I answered your call, I don't have time, I have customers to help) I GUESS I AM A CUSTOMER???Citizens bank charges too many people an amount of $3.00 monthly, which it could be not a big amount for the customer, but a good income for citizens bank.YOU ALL PAY ATTENTION TO YOUR ACCOUNT AND KEEP EYES ON IT.⛔️ citizens customer service,DO NOT tell me we are sorry for the bad experience. Because YOU ARE LITERALLY NOT.

Been a customer for over 25 years and have always had a good relationship with the bank's personnel from greeters, tellers ,always cordial and courteous, to the personnel behind the scenes esp. the Manager and his assistant D......which at this time I forget her name shame on me.They are what they represent a neighborhood bank in all aspects.Theresa

For as many bad reviews that I have been reading I have had nothing but amazing experiences every time I go into this bank! Lisa is amazing and has helped me several times and I have nothing but good things to say about this location!

Deposited a check I needed nearly 5 days ago.It was for a time sensitive survey/work assignment. Check was on hold the entire time. Then suddenly wasn't on hold in my account anymore, called citizens customer service.Found out someone decided to cancel the check at the branch. No call, email, anything.Going in or calling tomorrow.Absolutely ridiculous and unprofessional

The times I've gone inside the bank, the ladies were extremely nice, including when I'd have to bring my 3 year old. They are always kind, quick, and helpful!

I was really put off when I went to make a withdrawal through the drive thru today. I pulled up and asked to withdraw $47 dollars and the teller responded, “can’t you do that at the atm?” I responded that the atm only gives increments of 5’s and she responded that she guessed she could help me. The rest of the transaction went smoothly and she was kind after that. We normally frequent the Belleville Citizens bank and love them! But I was really put off by this experience at the Ford Rd Canton Citizens.

My husband went into the bank yesterday and the teller was being very unprofessional. The teller sound like she was dead, falling asleep, and as if she was wasting her time helping him. BUT when she accessed his bank account information, her entire attitude changed. She put a smile in her face and even put more enthusiasm in her voice. She even went out of her way to offer him assistance in finding a Financial Advisor. Don’t judge someone based on their appearance.

Just closed my account. Absolute terrible customer service. Tellers treat you like you are asking them for their money. The teller with blonde short hair very unprofessional.
