June 2023 by Dominique
called January of 2023 & added my children to the waitlist. called again in March for an update and was told they were 7th in line. it’s now May/June and i called because this is when i was told to expect an opening and was told not only are my children not on a waitlist (although i called and was told TWICE that they were) but that there was a fee that needed to be paid to be added and that availability was now January of 2024. they are very unorganized & give out false information.

This place is absolutely horrible! It’s been two weeks and I have decided my newborn is not going backAs a ftm I already had a hard time trusting daycare with my baby, but because they had the benefit of being able to see your child on camera I thought it would put my mind at ease. But no! Although they have the live-streaming they do not care. I literally watch my baby cry and eventually start screaming for long stretches of time and NO ONE try’s to comfort him. He’s left all alone screaming. This is happening at times when they’re standing around socializing not taking care of another child. There’s one teacher who literally holds her own child all day while other babies are crying. Or they would go and comfort a child who is not crying meanwhile my newborn, the youngest one in the room, is being ignored. There are times when they do tummy time and they leave him completely unattended with no one in the room. When I get him back his clothes are wet and dirty from spit up although he has an entire basket of clean clothes there in case of emergency changes. & When I brought this to their attention their response is they have more to do than just watching the kids. Or they’re trying to break him from being held all the time. My child is a newborn in an unfamiliar place left screaming for a full day and they do nothing about it. Try to comfort him first and get him acclimated before trying to “break him”& because the other children are also left crying he is unable to sleep because it’s so loud and disruptive.I would not recommend anyone send their child here.

This is my first time trying out this daycare / day camp during the summer and I will have to say it's a awesome place for my daughter they go on trips at least once a week which include in the price and the provided shirts and water bottle.. The teachers here are really nice and sweet and always sending pictures while the children are enjoying their day.. I love the facts they have cameras in all the rooms so I can peek in and see hows my daughter day going when they are on..

I called in to check the availability to enroll my little one, they won’t disclose the rates unless I go take a tour and meet the director! It would make life simple if they can give some prices over phone!

We have been sending our son here for just over a year and we couldn’t be happier with ChildTime. The teachers are thoughtful, caring and compassionate. They have worked with us to help aid in his growth and development. Due to being a pandemic baby, he faced many challenges that the staff here were happy to overcome with us. I can honestly say enough great things about this place. If you want the best for your child, please check them out. You won’t be disappointed.

We started at Childtime about a year ago when our son was 9 months and we are very pleased with the care and attention he receives there. All the teachers and administrative staff have been super friendly and caring. We love being able to watch him on the video and receive updates on what he's doing throughout the day. Our babe is learning so much from his classmates and his teachers and we're glad he's in an environment that has aided in his developmental milestones. Our son had some extra challenges along the way...cranial helmet and delayed gross motor development...and his teachers were so helpful at keeping up with physical therapy exercises. Now he's running and crusing with all the other tots and we're glad childtime was so supportive.

Childtime has been amazing for my son. He has progressed immensely since starting there. They keep him on a good schedule for napping and eating. They're always doing fun activities, which we can watch them do through the school app. I'm really glad we decided to go with Childtime.

Our child has attended here for 4 years. Her Pre-K classroom has been well run this year and she has a gifted lead teacher. She loves the other teachers in her class. Overall, she will be entering kindergarten this fall well prepared. She has mastered all of her pre-literacy and pre-math skills and is even doing some reading after taking the optional phonics course this year (for an additional fee). The price of the phonics (and Spanish) classes were well worth her exposure to both of them. We also appreciate the summer activities such as musicians, magicians, pop up planetarium, hula hoop artist, etc. coming into the school as part of the summer program. There is also an emphasis on physical health/movement/outside time, and I love that they provide breakfast, lunch, and snack - one less thing to worry about. We will miss this school when she moves to Kindergarten - we will especially miss the app updates and the classroom video access!

Ashley and Ellie are great administrators and very welcoming to all the kids. Both of my kids have been at the Cherry Hill school since they were 3 months old (they're 3.5 and 1.5yrs now) and they look forward to coming to "school" every day. Their teachers have all been amazing and provide entertaining and educational enrichment across the board.

Firstly, I left a review about 5 months ago and it has somehow disappeared so I'm leaving another one. This daycare has been a nightmare!! It's so frustrating to be a working mom in need of childcare and to know that your child is not being properly taken care of.This center has staffing issues from the director down. My son has been attending since August 2021 and every few weeks, he has a new teacher. There have been some teachers that he has liked and some that he has disliked. The issue that I find with this is it creates a very unstable environment and there's always a new person coming in who is completely unaware of your child's needs.Due to the high turnover rate, the center has changed their hours multiple times. We've seen two different directors and now, the center is operating without a director at all.I understand that it's daycare and kids spread germs like a wildfire but my son has been sick constantly and hospitalized twice due to viruses he got from the daycare and they don't seem to do anything to stop the spread of germs. I've made complaints about my son drinking out of sippy cups that do not belong to him and with him having a dairy allergy, I hoped that they would monitor this more closely but it happens constantly. My son seems to come home with a diaper rash every few weeks, wet clothes that they don't change (even though we pack extra clothes in his bag) and a snotty nose that they don't bother to wipe. We've even had a few injury incidents and they failed to notify us until we picked him up from daycare.I honestly could keep going but an effort to post a review that isn't too long for parents that may be searching for a good daycare, i'll simply say, I wish we had a different option. Most of the employees are young adults who need a job with no passion for children at all.

We started our son a few months ago and we are happy with how things are going. The pictures, notes and video feed are a great touch. The teachers are very nice as well as the directors.

Short staffed, reduced hours of operation and constant failure to notify parents when there children sustain injuries while in they're custody.
