Poor service at this bank. The investment team lost 25% of the money I gave them to invest, and the bank offers an abysmal return on their savings accounts even for their "private client" program. I'm able to get 5%+ via an online bank. Bank elsewhere.

I do not recommend going here to get assistance with your mortgage. I recast my loan and this location submitted my paperwork incorrectly resulting in me having to wait an additional month to pay a lower mortgage. They faxed my signed documents instead of mailing them, and then tried to blame me for not requesting them to be mailed. If the mortgage center only accepts signed documents in the mail, why would they fax them? And why was I supposed to know that policy instead of them. Now chase mortgage makes extra money off me due to their incompetence.

Walked into this branch on a Friday at 2pm for account maintenance/changes that could not be done online or on the app. We were told that there were no bankers/managers available to assist for the rest of the day…and to either come back Monday (they are open Saturdays) or go to the Ford Rd location 10 minutes away. We visited two other financial institutions, in the same area, for the same maintenance, and spent less than 10 minutes at both locations.This type of customer service is unacceptable, hopefully management corrects this immediately for current and future customers.

Went into this branch a few weeks ago to open up a high school checking account for my son! Rabia and Morgan had exceptional customer service. The ease of opening this account was rather simple! I have tried to open this account for my son with the chase in Belleville and they gave me nothing but the run around about documents needed. Please take the time to drive to this branch in canton versus the one on Belleville!

This location has no compassion, is rude and lacks customer service skills. I was just in there and witnessed a woman who was trying to get information on stopping a credit card through chase for her dead relative with the death certificate on hand. Even if they couldn’t fix it They were short, rude, showed no compassion and gave her little to no advice or help. Then it was my turn and I just asked for something to be notarized. No I’m not a member but I work next door and needed it done fast for my lawyer. They said they will absolutely not notarize for a non member even for a fee. I walked out. No worries I went directly next door to comerica which I’m also not a member of and they notarized my papers within minutes :) skip this chase location if you bank through them!

It was time for us to switch to a bank with more locations and more "tech savvy" options than our current bank. Their private banker Paula was extremely helpful and pleasant. And I love the benefits that we will be receiving for banking with Chase. I highly recommend!

ATM at the Wayne branch on Michigan Avenue is terrible. 9 out of 10 times it is not available/working to withdraw money. No exaggeration. Been a Chase customer for forty years and will switch banks solely on this inconvenience.

When banking with chase make sure you bills are coming out correctly,chase will not stop the payment for you explore other options as well, also when you call for help they claim they can't help you so some guy transfer me to customer service but it was him pretending to be someone else's check your employees they lie
