“I've lived in this area my entire life and have always wanted to stop here but I seem to forget. Came in last week and will be going back today!
They sell Blazos pies here which earns them five stars off the top! These pies are some of the best I've had, also reasonably priced. They also sell the best beef sticks behind the meat counter.
Their selection of fudge, meats, and Michigan made treats was vast. It's a quaint little shop with lots of goodies that you can't find anywhere else. This will definitely be somewhere I shop frequently now, I only regret that I didn't go in sooner! Also the employees are extremely friendly which is very nice to see in this day and age. Five stars!”
“I stopped here two days ago and got a skirt steak and a T-bone. Both were fantastic, as has been everything else I've gotten here. It's hard to find good steaks and this place is expensive, but worth it. Thanks guys.”

510 Main St, Belleville“I am so sorry that it took me a year to discover The Butcher Shop. First, the friendliest people I have encountered in a long time. Second, the quality of their products is unmatched. I “found” them 2 weeks ago and have been in the shop 4 times since. Excellent and very highly recommend.”

1571 Holmes Rd, Ypsilanti“Good meat sales here and there, and great selection of commercial bags of freezer bunker foods. Good selection of Mexican food products too. Dry stock is high-priced like a lot of small stores are. Produce is okay; better than Save-A-Lot, not as consistent as Kroger. Pretty fast check-out. I like stopping by every now and then. 3.5/5
Not sure if they have a say in it, but that recent parking lot sealant job over very broken asphalt is definitely not recommended. I'd talk with the plaza owners about that.”
“This place is amazing, in all categories. Delicious food. I've been here twice so far for dinner and it's delicious, their meats taste fresh, and their sides are like if you did it at home but BETTER. You have to try the loaded mash, and Mac and cheese. It's like no other and it's all homemade”
“I drive over 30 minutes to come to EMoC. They greet everyone warmly when arriving. It's a courtesy you don't see much anymore. I come for the large beef soup bones, which they cut into smaller pieces for me upon request. My dog and I really appreciate it (he's just a lil guy). I am also able to find chicken hearts, which I love in soup. My dog goes crazy for them, too. I will be back for the unique offerings. Take a ride over to this place and check it out.”
