Getting my eyes examined here was like a whole different experience. Quintin was very patient, articulate and professional. He explained everything he was going to do to help me understand this process. He helped me feel very at ease. I was very impressed with all the equipment and how well he maneuvered it to get a thorough exam. In addition, he was so comfortable connecting with the doctor and I believe the other Vision tech on monitor in the room. Quintin has incredible people skills and is a tremendous asset to this process. He seemed so well trained. Thank you Quintin for making this exam such a pleasant and thorough experience. You are so good at what you do.LaToya was so friendly and helpful in helping me pick out frames that I felt comfortable in. With so many choices it is often a challenge for me to make a decision. Latoya, was very patient, friendly and professional in completing this process. After all her hard work, for some reason the computer wasn't allowing LaToya to enter my purchase last evening. She said she would try again in the morning, and she promptly called me this a.m. to let me know she could complete my purchase today, but unfortunately she could not do this over the phone. I had to make an additional trip to BJs, which I did. The sale was complete without any issues, and with LaToya's thoroughness and friendly and professional personality. Thank You LaToya for all your help. Thank you BJs for hiring staff with great people skills, and the ability to learn how to do such a thorough and professional job they were hired to do.

Great experience for my daughter! The technician, Quinten, was amazing with her- very patient, explained everything. And the La Toya helped her pick the cutest frames! This will be our go to from now on! Thank you!

Great selection and prices. You can always find coupons for even lower prices! Gas station is almost complete so that will be an added bonus!

This was my first time at BJ's Optical. They were very professional and courteous. Quinten was attentive and listened to my concerns. It was a little different because they video conference in the Dr. but it seemed like they didn't want to rush anything and took their time to go over everything with me

Smallest in Metro Detroit and not that easy to get to from westside suburbs. Miles off of 275 and off the heavily traffic Ford Rd. Doesn't even have a gas station. Selection is not as good. I had many items with their coupons and even no shelf tag could be found. I was excited to have one of these closer but I hope they finally get some sense and put a bigger one with a gas station at the old Livonia Mall Sears store. Lots of space and easier to get to from all westside suburbs.

Beware. Awful experience. No communication whatsoever about virtual doctor before setting up appointment. There is no actual human testing your eyes at this location. It is all done through video conferencing. Left without a solid prescription because the doctor changed to one that is out of stock. No way to contact teledoc after appointment to rectify situation. Extremely unhappy.

Love shopping at BJs but don't recommend the deli counter! The miss working in that area was extremely rude to us (came in on 8/11/22) as we were trying to order what we would like to be cut. She kept rudely interrupting everytime we spoke & had a very nasty tone in her voice. It took everything to not walk away. I've worked in customer service for YEARS & I'd never greet anyone the way that woman did , was very uncomfortable!

How nice this location is here and somewhat on the way back home from Ann Arbor. Don't come here if you want gas at all. No gas to be found at all.What kind of useless warehouse is this?

BJ's opened in Canton in early September. Stopped in to check out. Not all that different from Costco or Sam's Club except it looks to be quite a bit smaller. Another key difference is their deli. You can purchase meat by the pound, half pound, etc where at a Costco or Sam's you can not.They offer grocery items, clothing, cleaning supplies, produce, wine, beer, liquor. And yes, they offer the $5 rotisserie chickens! This location does have an optical department, and tires, but as of the time of this review does not offer a gas station.Prices were comparable to other stores in the area. Staff were very friendly. They also offer money towards your purchase when you open a membership.I recommend!
