Today I stopped into The Detroit Garage - Canton for a review and estimate of a part for my car. They fit me in within the hour and completed the work within 30-40 minutes. I was thoroughly impressed by the team's kindness, conversation, and diligence. This was my first time at The Detroit Garage, but I am now a loyal customer and will be returning. I recommend their service 10/10!

I recently took my Toyota Camry to the Detroit Garage in Canton, Michigan. I had extensive rodent chewing damage and also needed an oil change and tire rotation. They were fantastic! I took my car into the Canton, Michigan location! Best decision I could have made! The crew was friendly, informative & very knowledgeable on a wide range of issues pertaining to my car! The turn over time was A1! They asked me when I would need my car back! And my car was fixed & ready to go in the time frame I requested! They also fixed a wide range of other issues I was having with my car with no problem or requesting that I make an additional appointment which was great! The diagnostic report process is also a plus! The information is sent to you electronically with pricing ready for your approval, which also allowed me to store the information digitally. As a woman that enjoys custom cars. It was great to step into a very professional environment with knowledgeable mechanics that weren’t out to take advantage of me! I recommend this location to all in need of car maintenance. I found my new car repair home!
-Transmission fluid- resolved the major issue I originally brought my car in for
-Coolant flush- due to me placing the wrong fluids in my car! Which could have caused my new radiator to break down. They caught the issue after I explained what I had done.
-tire sensor reset on my customer rims
-trunk latch fixed
-An attempt to fix my key fob that I broke. They did give me all the information I would need to take to the dealership to get a new one
-Referral to get my rim welded.

Easy to deal with, fair prices. I picked up the truck on Friday and all the work that was discussed was completed, but I just realized a burnt out bulb I was aware of and was going to change myself was also done without any mention. Class move, highly recommend

I highly recommend The Detroit Garage -Canton for all your vehicle maintenance and repair needs. Tony and the staff are honest, knowledgeable, thorough, and professional. We had a bumper to bumper vehicle inspection knowing there were things that needed attention. The mechanic highlighted what needed to be addressed to maintain and fix the vehicle, but also graded the urgency in red or yellow to help understand priority. We never felt pressured or unsure of the validity of the inspection report. Repairs were done in a very timely manner as well. Special shout out to Paul our mechanic!

The manager Tony and the friendly staff of the Detroit Garage helped me out at the last second when I was misled by another auto shop and in a jam. Thanks to their quick response and helpful service I was able to avoid further problems with my car. Would most certainly call again in the future if I needed car repairs in the canton area.

I go here anytime I need work done on my car. As a woman, I’ve never felt like they tried to overcharge me for anything, they complete the work in a timely manner and are super friendly. It’s nice that they always have coffee, cold waters and a clean bathroom. I also appreciate the texts Tony sends out asking if my car needs any repairs or services. As a busy person, this is a nice reminder for me

I had a tire with a cut in the sidewall and needed a replacement tire swapped on. I called and spoke with John who was clear and considerate in answering my questions. I stopped in later that day and had a great experience. The shop lobby was clean and cool (on a very hot day) and I was helped immediately. The service tech had the tire swapped in under 10min. I will certainly be back to this shop for any additional work on my vehicles in the future.

I had a complicated electrical problem that no one was able to diagnose…after several shops turned me away, I took my car to Detroit Garage-Canton…They took on the challenge and went over and above to find the issue AND got it repaired in two days!!
Very Impressed! Highly Recommend!
