I had a horrible experience checking out with the cashier Jenn. She did not greet properly when I went to check out and kept asking me the same question when I was trying to enter my phone number for rewards. Extremely rude and terrible customer service. I work in customer service too and I would never treat a customer like this. They need better staff.

I just checked out and one the girls who was on register all the way at the end was so incredibly rude. I’ve never encountered someone like this before. She looked at me and shouted “are you checking out or not” in the most rude way possible. This was my first and last time coming to this location.

The customer service at Ulta has become really bad. It used to be much better. I am a diamond customer at Ulta, which means I spend a lot of money there every year. Recently, they randomly deducted my points and claimed it was due to a problem with their system. When I told them it was unfair to deduct my points, they asked for evidence. I never used to take screenshots of offers as evidence because they were always reliable, but not anymore. Additionally, their supervisors hung up on me twice while I was explaining the situation. So rude!

Shelia did my cut and color yesterday and she did a fantastic job! She really took time to listen to me as a first time client. She styled my hair nicely as well and I am rather hard to please with styling. Great experience!

I visited Monday the 26th around 6pm. It was the worst experience I have ever had at Ulta. The staff was so incredibly rude and unfriendly. I'm 38 years old and I feel like they almost were mocking me for asking about products and fine lines. They did not honor a promotion, and the manager just straight ignored my question about a substitution, literally ignored me. I spend too much time at Ulta, and too much money to be treated like scum by young associates and a manager who has no idea how to actually interact with customers and answer questions. I did contact corporate and guest relations; it never goes anywhere. Just know this location is awful, the staff is the worst!

Let me start by saying that I am a diamond member, which means I spent over $1200 last year at Ulta. I had the same experience described by other reviewers at this store. I walked in and wandered the stores for a solid fifteen minutes and not one employee even said “hi”. I can deal with that, but the employee who checked me out today was actually unpleasant. Again, no “hello”, in fact, I don’t know if she even said one word to me. I spent $80+ and honestly feel like returning the items and buying from Sephora, which is two doors down. I definitely won’t be visiting this location anytime soon. This is also my first google review, so that must tell you just how bad it was.

the store is organized with a nice product selection, i just wish there were more prestige/luxury brands. Alanna the cashier was also very nice and efficient.

I love this salon. Everyone is so helpful and friendly, and the hairstylist’s are amazing! They cut and style my hair perfectly!
