Very disappointed with this location. Went in with a left rear flat. Told me drop ins will be more then a day and they are out a week for appointments. Filled up with their free air and drove down to Discount Tire and will have it back in a couple hours. They told me their are busy cause this Belle Tire location keeps turning people away. Worth the drive down the road for better and quicker service

Stopped in for a tire patch for tires I bought at this location 1 months ago. Guy comes outside to look at the tires just to tell me they are backed up for a whole day. Would even take the 5 min to put the spare on for me. 2 empty bays but can't take the less than 5 min to use gun to take off then put on 5 lug nuts Smh......m

The employees were kind, however, 2.5 hours to replace one tire when the appointment was scheduled over a week ahead of time is unreasonable. I’ve never waited that long for even 4 tires to be replaced, but I’ve always gone to Discount Tire. Satisfied outside of the wait time, but I’ll be sticking to DT moving forward.

Run! They will scam you at this place. I took my vehicle in to get what was considered a free inspection. We saved a call asking me what do I think the problem is? We checked possible issues when we scheduled the free appointment . Next, we received a call saying it was a new engine which that wasn’t the issue and I was being charged $75 unbeknownst to us! I was suckered and paid it, but never ever again!

I recommend this Belle Tire location! I first went to the Belle Tire located on Belleville Rd, in Belleville, Michigan. They couldn't accommodate me at all. The wait was 4+hours AND if they did get to me that they would TRY to squeeze me in the next morning 😳😫. All I wanted was a tire plugged! The lady Justine Spivey told me that I could get a refund if someone else did it from the cooperate office. That was unacceptable. So, I came to this location in Canton, Michigan. Wow! What a difference! The guy (Everett) was super polite and eager to help. I felt much better in their care. They told me that they only had 2 technicians onboard, but that they most certainly would attend to my issue. It was a 2 hour wait, but well worth it! My puppy and I just sat outside walking and watching the duck at the pond until it was completed. THANK YOU Canton Belle Tire. I'll recommend you guys anytime!

If you buy tires from this store DO NOT buy any of the warranty or protection plans. They do not honor them. Got a new set of tires and paid for the alignment protection plan - they put on the new tires then told me they noticed rear wheels needed to be aligned and charged me for that service.
This place will scam you so good luck if you use this location.

Took my sons care here for brakes. They told me only back brakes and calipers with a quote of $1,007 which I approved over the phone.. When I arrived it was $1,344 With a “discount”. This was a discrepancy and I said so, but because he only told be over the phone with no email or quote I have no way to prove the over the phone quote. The. Cashier dug the original quote with a bunch of other stuff on it out of the trash. There was a $1000 on there for labor so maybe he only told me that price. Either way be careful here and get your quote in writing before you approve.

They used to be great but the service and the staff attitude have been trending in the wrong direction recently! They take forever to check the car. I don't know if they are understaffed or what the reason is.

I recently purchased 4 replacement tires at Belle Tire on Ford Rd in Canton. I made the appointment online the day before and they took my car in right away as scheduled. I made sure they had the tires I wanted in stock at the time I made the appointment.
The replacement tires were mounted, balanced and it was discovered I needed an alignment. That took about 20-30 min extra, but was worth it to me to extend the life of my new tires. The whole process took less than 2 hr. They reviewed the alignment results with me afterwards and I was happy with the results. I recommend Belle Tire in Canton for any tire and other mechanical repairs.
