She was very patient as well as relentless in making sure my banking needs were met, going above and beyond, I was greeted with a smile and her pleasantries was impeccable. This type of customer service is to far and between, it will very hard to duplicate this experience. This is certainly a location I would recommend. Ask for Charna you won't be disappointed.”

“The website is good except some functions require an excessive number of clicks to complete an action.Also being color blind it took getting use to selecting an item and having it turn a certain color to take action. Customer service is excellent, the Canton Branch is top notch for service and very friendly and helpful.”

I have tried to open this account for my son with the chase in Belleville and they gave me nothing but the run around about documents needed. “ATM was out of service. Went inside to get cash. Waited in line five to ten minutes. Teller wanted me to fill out withdrawal slip for cash instead of using debit/ATM card. I asked when the ATM would be back in service and she said in a few minutes. So, I walked out and got back in my car and went to the ATM, and in a couple of minutes, got my cash. Didn't have to fill out anything!”
