“Today I had to go inside of the bank to get a voided check for my new job and I was simply amazed. I have never felt so welcomed by a business. The two young woman at the front desk were so pleasant. Kind, caring, smiles for days, extremely approachable which is important to me. They were able to listen to my needs and directed me to the most amazing branch banker I have ever met in my life Tiffiney Weathersby was the kindest and sweetest person I have ever met. She helped me get the documents I needed in a flash. I was telling her I had started a new job and she inquired if I had a 401k in which I do that I have yet to do anything with and she recommended I come in and sit down and review my options. I jumped on that because I need direction. She also mentioned some of the cards they offer and the perks that come along with them. No pressure at all just a genuine human sharing her knowledge. To me knowledge is power so I applaud her for that. All in all I never write reviews and I just felt it in my heart to give this woman Tiffiney a glance at how much she can impact someone’s day. She truly made my day and better yet she even gave me a hug. She was just so awesome and deserves to be recognized! Thank you for the great experience Tiffiney Weathersby and PNC bank :)”
“I love especially clinic it is really nice to have one right around the corner from my home doctors are very intelligent Dr. Kay is very sincere in caring about her patients she makes me an all my foster children feel comfortable she’s always help me and reaching out for us only thing is they’re very understaffed You would not know it by the amount of consideration and greatness that this facility has but they’re understaff at the end of day would be it I do believe that the state should give them more help and more funding because it’s a great place and all of the staff is well needed they do such a great job with everyone this is a place you would love to visit you would never know that they need anything because they are so willing to help”
“Went into this branch a few weeks ago to open up a high school checking account for my son! Rabia and Morgan had exceptional customer service. The ease of opening this account was rather simple! I have tried to open this account for my son with the chase in Belleville and they gave me nothing but the run around about documents needed. Please take the time to drive to this branch in canton versus the one on Belleville!”
