Came in the night before appointment no issues overnight parking and it was quiet. Only thing no Porta pot so make arrangements. Gentleman came out at 515 got my paperwork and number got me to a dock an hour early and out in good time. Be nice to these guys and they are nice to you. Have a good trip driver.

Best Place so far for delivery. Overnight Parking available. Lots of spots. They bang your truck door around 05:30 in the morning and takes your paperwork.

Even though we didn't have to use Arctic for this particular situation we found ourselves in, the communication with Mike was great! Super Nice folks, from the young lady who answered the phone to working out details with Mike.
We will keep Arctic in mind for future business when we are in the Southern Michigan / Northern Ohio area.

I must say for the most part everybody especially the dock. Workers were awesome. Arrived there about 18 hours early and tried to see if I could get unloaded, and the guy behind the glass to the left with the beard was very rude. He was not joking around and just straight up nope I’ve dealt with enough of you people today And I thought to myself wow, he was that way the first time I came there just very snippy like he did not like his job. The other people there were awesome and very pleasant to deal with almost feels like he doesn’t like dealing with truckers maybe from a personal experience , but other than that, they have overnight parking at the back of the facility stores and restaurants within walking distance pretty decent area to stay in

Office people are racist and rude. They don’t know how to talk to someone. Unloader guy was super friendly. Overnight parking available.
