I could not recommend a better place than this. The doctors here are more than knowledgeable about their expertise and just truly want the best outcome for the furry animals. My heart was broken knowing my baby has cancer, but after going here- my heart is at peace knowing he is in the best hands with amazing care! Highly highly recommend this place to anyone!

We took our dog , Summit (6 years old) , for a 2nd opinion and to get a plan for bladder cancer. It turns out he does not have bladder cancer as the tests done previously had false positive results because he had an enlarged prostate that was bleeding and clouding the bladder. ACIC did a BRAF Test and an ultrasound that showed no bladder trouble but a large prostate. He was neutered and his prostate has shrunk to half the size. We have a new lease on life! We are so grateful for those that recommended ACIC and the lovely care we received!

My best friend Gus just finished up a lengthy radiation treatment plan and is healing nicely. The people at the center have been absolutely amazing. EVERYONE could not be more caring and helpful. Rhonda is Gus's hero, she's a Rockstar.
I've worked in hospitals for 40 years helping to improve quality and patient service. I should take leaders here to show them when compassionate care looks like.

Really apathetic secretary who didn’t care at all about my situation when I tried explaining that I was looking to get a second opinion on something even though I didn’t live in the country. All the imaging and reports just needed to be looked at but they refused claiming they don’t do telemedicine which is absurd because I was just looking for some input. Take your pets where the staff actually care about them.

My experience with Animal Cancer and Imaging was incredibly disappointing and frustrating. It's evident that this clinic prioritizes profits over patient care. Over the past year, I noticed their prices increasing several times, which gives the impression of a blatant money grab rather than a genuine concern for the well being of pets and their owners. Another significant issue is their utter disregard for punctuality and respect for patients time. Countless appointments were marred by the doctor's chronic lateness, leaving me and my dog waiting for hours. Even worse, there were instances where I received last minute calls on the day of my appointment, informing me that it needed to be rescheduled because the doctor wouldn't be available. This lack of organization and consideration for anyone elses schedule is simply unacceptable. However, the most disgusting part of my experience was the complete lack of compassion shown by Dr. Obradovich. When my dog suddenly passed away, there was not a single word of sympathy or acknowledgement from the doctor. Dealing with the loss of a beloved pet is already heart wrenching, but to receive such callous treatment after going there every single month is deeply hurtful. I simply cannot recommend Animal Cancer and Imaging to anyone seeking compassionate cancer care for their fur baby. The constant price hikes, chronic tardiness, and absence of empathy in times of grief highlight serious deficiencies in their approach to "care." Pet owners deserve better care that is both competent and compassionate and unfortunately, this clinic falls short on both fronts.

If I could I would give him a 10. My experience with the staff was wonderful. They explained everything to me where I could understand it. And one thing I love about it when they talk to you they look you straight in the eye.
I would like to thank everyone
For taking care of my puppy Misty?

My cat was diagnosed with squamous cell carcinoma. I brought her to the Cancer and Imaging center for treatments. I provided all information on current meds. The staff was nice. Many radiation treatments later my cat was diagnosed as "no sign of cancer or tumor". She continued the meds prescribed by the Cancer and imaging center. However 3 weeks after being declared "cured" she had an outbreak of the cancer in her face. My local vet and pharmacist continued the Piroxicam in the same dosage prescribed by Cancer and imaging. My cat continued to decline. Picking up her Piroxicam, the pharmacist asked "why such a low dose?" It turns out the folks at Cancer imaging were prescribing a dose that was less than 1/4 of the dose recommended for treatment. So all along my cat was not getting the meds she needed. My local vet changed the dose to the manufacturer recommended amount. However that was too little too late. Due to what I believe is negligence of Animal Cancer and Imaging center, I had to euthanize my cat yesterday. If they had reviewed the meds they would have known the dose was too low to do any good. They need to do better for their patients and implement procedures to prevent this. I am out over $6000.00 in treatments wasted and my pet suffering due to what I believe is negligence. If you bring your pet there, be sure to ask questions. Do some research and arrive with knowledge of what dosage your pet should receive.

Dr Warzee was legitimately the worst interaction I’ve had with a healthcare provider in my life. Advised her I just wanted advice on if it made sense to consider surgery for my 15 year old dog who has a liver mass. She just kept reiterating that I needed an MRI and wouldn’t answer any questions. She was incredibly cold with no bedside manner, saying it just depends on how much I want to “invest.” Finally, she literally walked out of the room after I again voiced my concerns. I had told her earlier that I had a euthanasia appt later that day, which is why it was important to get a professional’s advice. She was incredibly brash and apathetic. Will never return. This woman should not be around pets.Stephanie the vet tech though was fantastic. She was warm, caring and thoughtful.

Extremely long wait times and misdiagnosed my cat. Last year, I took my cat here to investigate what my vet said were multiple masses on her liver. The first time I went, I waited about an hour to get into the room and another half hour to see the vet. They did an ultrasound and said they were cysts, common for older cats. I preferred the ultrasound they did over my vet at home who used light sedation which took her hours to get back to normal. I came back on a rainy day in the spring for a follow up. I was travelling from Canada and was 10 minutes early to my appointment. I waited 3 hours to get into the room!!! They said it was because their other clients were late. My vet at home takes the clients on time and makes the ones late wait, which makes sense!!! I waited another hour to see the vet, have a quick ultrasound, and quick talk that they're still cysts. A month later, my cat went downhill quickly. When I took her to my vet, he felt a large, hard mass that was definitely not a cyst. I dont know if they missed it, or it was in a different area and we didnt do the full abdominal ultrasound because they didnt think it would tell us anything else, or if it went from cyst to growing mass rapidly. I'll never know. But my cat sat in that carrier for 4 hours, plus 2 hours of commuting time, we got nothing out of it, and she was put to sleep a month later. I would never go here again.
