We picked Ameriplus Financial when buying our new home a few years ago. We shopped almost 4 different companies until we spoke with Aadil Nathoo.He is by far the most knowledgeable and intelligent broker when it came to all the insight of the business. We never felt like another number like most other companies. We just recently refinanced a few months ago to take advantage of the low interest rates. I’ve known Aadil for many many years and have used his company Ameriplus several times in the past. Even though he is a friend, I wouldn’t use him unless I felt very comfortable and confident in his abilities as a mortgage broker. What an AWESOME experience! Short of me providing a few basic documents (W2s, etc.), Aadil handled everything from start to finish with me barely lifting a finger! The home buying process is stressful in and of itself, but it could not have been any easier with Aadil. He takes extra steps that so many other lenders put back on the buyer AND he was ALWAYS available to prep an offer letter or answer my never-ending questions. I ran into snags on my end and any other lender would have told me to call back when things were straightened out but not Aadil. He helped me and provided resources and we continued with my application processing. This is my 3rd home purchase and should I need a mortgage in the future I will be giving Aadil another call!
