I will make this as short as possible I was going to purchase a mobile home and move in here well today March 29th 2024 I find out from an inside person by pure coincidence that this establishment waited on PURPOSE for this weekend to come and PURPOSLY towed every car in the park that had expired plates even broken down ones that owners simply were about to get fixed or already fixing and then get plates . HOW DISGUSTING CAN YOU BE ON EASTER WEEKEND , YOU SHOULD BE ASHAMED OF YOURSELVES , THERE ARE PARENT'S IN TEARS OVER THIS , ALL FOR MONEY YOU RUINED EASTER FOR MANY CHILDREN , I WILL NOT BE MOVING IN HERE . P.S. IF YOU DONT BELIEVE THIS START ASKING AROUND YOU WILL FIND OUT THIS IS ? % FACTS. SMH HOW EVIL CAN YOU BE !!!!!

Been here for 7 months. Haven’t been late, or missed a payment. In this 7 months I’ve had my yard driven through twice, still have tire marks from the last time. Literally every single day, I have to pick up trash from my yard, this morning I picked up an old sock. I will post the picsI’ve reached out to the office in regard to the amount of trash, that blows into my yard, from the neighbors. Most recently I’ve reached out due to the massive pile of dog poop that’s just sitting right next to us. I’m not talking a couple piles of dog poop. I’m talking a whole 7x7 area, with nothing but dog poop.People can live how they want, I’m not complaining about how the kids beat on the door, yelling at random times of day. But when it starts affecting my way of living it becomes an issue. I’ve already seen rodents coming from there, running under my vehicle, and the last thing I want is rodents, vermin, entering my homeI definitely won’t be renewing a lease here

They are so nice, helpful and quick to respond when you are looking to move in! Don't let that fool you! As soon as you're in, that's all you get! Any promises before you set in the door are pushed under the rug and forgotten about. Even being a sqeaky wheel don't help. Nothing gets done especially if you're a female stating issues.( Maybe I'm just too nice when approaching the situations that arise and I'm just not taken seriously.)They will up your lot rent every year and not do anything helpful with that extra money except fix their club house so they can look good when they take your money!Don't move in if you value your money and sanity?

Last week my husband and I came to look at a couple homes here, I do not remember her name but the woman who gave us the tour was so kind she answered all my questions and was very patient with me. We are currently in the process of applying and I called today right before the office closed, Michelle answered the phone and was very helpful, kind and patient as well especially considering I called 1 minute before closing. Even tho we are still in the application process (we just put our app in) they have been quick to respond and very helpful, I just wanted to give them recognition for that because you don’t see it often. Thank you ladies for all your help, and kindness during this process.

Terrible place to live. Literally right next to a landfill, might as well fill this trailer park in with another landfill. Car flooded with heavy rains, the pavements terrible. Management is terrible. Trish in the office can be rude at times. Save yourself the hassle, move elsewhere!

Lived here for 5 years with my family with no problems. 90 days before lease renewal was told trailer being sold and had to move or buy. Didn't want to buy and was told no rentals available in a not so friendly tone. Looked on site right after move and several rentals were available within a week after move. Some of the staff not so kind.

It's been over a month and I just got ghosted. Trying to rent from them and turned in all the paperwork and nothing. Very unprofessional. I sent three emails asking what was going on and nothing. Very frustrating

Great customer service here! Michelle, Trish, and whoever else works the desk are great. They answer the phone and a gem to speak too. Can’t wait to be here :) the homes look great too & are in perfect area!

This trailer park is absolutely disgusting there is always trash all over the playground and all over near the mailboxes. They say that there is a rule that you can't park in the street but they only enforce it when they feel like it.

If you’re looking for a great place to live.. keep looking!! First they take away street parking, then they started towing peoples cars out, then they tell you you can’t park in the yard or you’ll get towed. Now they’re going around checking license plates to see who they can tow out. It’s ridiculous. You can’t live a comfortable relaxing life in this kind of setting. For owning 4 trailer parks down the line, it’s a bit sad to see them going after so many people. There are a lot better options out there with less inconveniences. Please do your research so you don’t get stuck in a trap.
