Great customer service here! Michelle, Trish, and whoever else works the desk are great. They answer the phone and a gem to speak too. Can’t wait to be here :) the homes look great too & are in perfect area!

Management is really bad ,petty nosy neighbors ,cops are here about every day multiple times, rent is astronomical for the neighborhood and supposed upkeep that never occurs from maintenance. People are scared to park here even by the office for stealing or such. Go elsewhere.

Office staff Julie and Trish are the greatest? They both have gone above and beyond their job duties! I'm very happy over all with my trailer park, an my neighbors, except one and the ladies I have mentioned above have and continue to deal with the problems that arise and they address them.
