R.W was amazing! I called about a TV and within minutes he had me checked out over the phone and when we pulled up about 5 minutes later he had it right at the door, super nice and very quick I highly recommend asking for him and letting him take care of you, you won't be disappointed!

I’ve never gone into a store and there’s 6 sales people standing around one guys even glueing his cellphone case never said a word to me or my wife welp headed to Walmart

Had a great experience purchasing a refrigerator. Our sales associate, Damon, was knowledgeable, helpful, and fun! Even more, he listened to us while respectfully sharing his ideas. Finally, the delivery was seamless. Kudos to Barry and his team for their follow-through.

Waiting all day for refrigerator to be delivered
It's 8 pm - no call and no show.
Nobody answering the customer service line.

A contractor friend recommended RW at ABC warehouse. I called him, he cared to listen to my interests, then placed my order and scheduled my delivery. I bought a Speed Qween 700 washer and couldn't be more pleased with my experience and washer! RW is the salesman that I'm going to when I go to ABC warehouse.

Dishonest and DOES not offer the wowest prices in town regarfless of what their salspeople ans managers will tell you. Produced THREE lower prices fom reputable retailers and they didnt onlt not beat the deal but didnt even match the deal. In my opinion they are absolutely guilty of violating consumer protection act of MI. I will be calling their corporate on Monday and of no resolution then filing a complaint with the AG's office for dishonest advertising and deceptive business practices. First on the phone the salesman says we dont make deals we got the best prices. They want over 1900 for a 1250 to 1400 couch. Hey Gordy does anyone at your corporate 248 number ever pick up the phone?

Damon Watson is a phenomenal sales manager at ABC Warehouse in Canton, Michigan. I went in to look at kitchen appliances and his knowledge of all the brands and models was very impressive. I explained to him my limitations with regards to a refrigerator and he was definitely up for the challenge as we looked at various units and determined what would work. He also listened to my concerns about a dishwasher and assured me that his installer Al was very experienced and would be able to get the dishwasher installed which he did without incident. I had been to other appliance and big box stores talking to sales associates and looking at appliances and Damon’s knowledge of the products, professionalism, lack of pressure to buy and fantastic customer service led me to purchase all new kitchen appliances from him. I can’t say enough positive things about the purchase experience I had with Damon as he went above and beyond to make sure everything went smoothly and that he was available if needed. The installers and delivery drivers also did a fantastic job and were very careful and cared about the work that they do.

I hesitated to visit this store after reading the numerous negative reviews, particularly on Yelp. Against my better judgment, I went ahead and bought a 7-piece set. I was assured it would arrive the next day. Instead, I received a call informing me it would take three more days, immediately confirming the complaints about their chronic dishonesty regarding delivery times.
Despite my frustration, I decided to wait. When the delivery finally arrived, one piece was missing. They nonchalantly told me I would have to come back and pick it up, as if my time is worthless. Reluctantly, I agreed. But the final straw was when I got home and found the glass tables (a set of three) completely shattered.
I was beyond furious. I felt utterly scammed. I would rather pay an extra thousand dollars than ever step foot in this store again. This was the first and absolutely the last time I will ever do business with them. Avoid this place at all costs!
