“First time at this Family fare Pharmacy in in Rockford, I asked the lady if there was any way they could be a little quicker with my prescriptions because I was running late for work and she said it'll be about 20 minutes because your prescriptions are still being processed she was kind of rude and not very helpful but the other lady with the dark hair was very sweet and kind and was able to get my prescriptions within 10 minutes and I thank her for that”

“Decent enough gas station. No different than a lot of gas stations and mini mart's. What I like about this place are the staff. They are polite friendly and will actually use their own money out of pocket to help you out if you're in a jam; which is something I will never forget. That keeps me returning to this location.”

“We came in one night to get some photo prints done for a birthday party. The automated system gave us an error and they had no other viable options. Here comes Ben who advises us to download the app (which actually completely fixed our issue). He also assured us that the indicated time isn't accurate and that it's done sooner. All in all, Ben was among the most helpful store employees I ever came across. He was genuinely nice and made sure we were taken care of while he was at the other end of the store checking other customers out. All compliments to Ben! You left a great impression and I hope you get your due reward for your integrity and hard work!”
“I honestly don’t know why people are hating but I don’t know if they realize that it’s a family owned store so they can change whatever rules they want to pretty much if they want to change a pack of cigarettes up they gonna put it up it don’t matter if they want to lower the price they will but me personally I think this is a fair store I have no issues ever since I moved to Grand Rapids…. It’s not like CVS or Walgreens or gas stations where they have a set price if you own your store you can change the price…. “I can't say enough Great about Lowell Walgreens. Their associates are so kind, cheerful and helpful ALWAYS! Today I said to the sales associate " thank you so much for helping me with this- you all are so kind and nice at this store, you must have a great manager!" She said "you're welcome and we do" and pointed at a lady with beautiful blue and black hair with a huge smile - Lexi I think was her name. So I told Lexi how much I appreciate all the help and kindness. There's also a young girl at night with long brown hair- can't remember her name but I'm sure she's an Angel! “I went to this gas station fairly late in the evening with my friends. We ended up coming in twice within 5 minutes. As we browsed the shelves, we made very pleasant conversation with the two men at the register. When we payed, Nathaniel (the greatest man I've met ever) asked us if we were interested in a bag (we were), and told us to have a blessed day. Thank you Nathaniel for a great experience and for the best last-minute gas station trip of my life.”

“Great little hidden spot! Workers are so nice and welcoming. First come first serve bar incase you don’t wanna wait to get a table, the food is cooked right in front of you, the french toast is amazing. They make the bread themselves it’s truly great, they have a butchery inside where you can buy the food you just ate and cook it at home, I reccomend the holiday bacon!!! The gas station next door is great to, it’s not like any other big city chain gas station, they sell their own milk products, have their own prices, and have souvenirs! And they still sell products that normal gas stations would have. It’s everything you could want. It’s a refreshing change from what you’d normally see in urban living.”
