this is the worst vet experience ever, they do not treat anyone with kindness only rude and mouthy regards, the owner is rude and mouthy and does not care for the animals as he hits them, if you think this is good customer care then your crazy. does not take time to explain anything and only cares about getting paid and getting on with the next client, tried to do all these service fees when we took our dog JUST to get checked out so they have to charge us more fees and just this is disgusting business behavior. never coming here ever again, please if you care for your animals take them anywhere else!!!

This is a wonderful vet! He's as he states "old school" I'm so thankful for a vet that cares about the animals. He's not a corporation that looks at only how much can they charge and how quick to get you out. He takes his time, checks the animal and makes sure you understand everything. Thank you "Doc" you and your team are the BEST !

The staff and doctor are all top notch the doc is thorough and knowledgeable the staff is friendly and helpful however the front desk lady is rude and arrogant she could differently use some training in customer service and civility because she sucks at it if she isn't the owner I would fire her she is running business off with her mouth and terrible attitude.

The doctor here is simply amazing! Very caring and smart! You can see that he honestly cares about each animal he sees! He gets 6/5 stars!! However the recipionist is one of the worst I have ever encountered. Very rude. Very nasty. Not at all good at her job. She is easily confused about the appointment Days and times... it's never her fault. If there was a way to support this animal clinic without supporting her I would!! After another rude and snippy encounter today I am taking my animals elsewhere. I'm adding about 40 minutes one way to have my animals doctored, but I simply will not help provide her with a paycheck anymore.

I cannot say enough good about this place. We took our old cat in for some issues he started having. This order gentleman, I assume he is the owner, Took his time and checked out our cat as if he were his own. You can tell he is a true animal lover. Very compassionate and caring man and pretty comical too. One of the best experiences I’ve ever had at a veterinarian clinic!

Receptionist is the rudest person! My elderly mother took her cat in for a nail trim. She was told she could bring the cat in o. M-W-F from 10-11:30a. No appointment needed. So that’s what my mom did. The receptionist told her that everyone called in sick that day. My mom replied back and said “it’s really hard for me to get my cat in a cage to bring her here.” Then, receptionist replied “Oh well”. And as my mom left, the receptionist yelled “and don’t come back!”. How can you operate a business like this?!?!? Here’s some advice for you, lady: “You shall love the Lord your God with all your heart, and with all your soul and with all your mind. This is the great commandment. And a second is like it: You shall love your neighbor as yourself.” -Jesus (Matt 22:37)

Came here after the neighbor's dog came over and attacked my dog. He took care of our Louie and got him fixed up great! I am so thankful for Shiery's!!!

receptionist, not so great. she’s making the place lose clients. why is she so mean? what is her problem? she acts like she’s in control. so many bad reviews because of her. can she read these reviews? they are mostly about her. get a life lady.she needs to go.

Can't say how the Docs are but called this morning because my Beagle woke up in pain and could not walk. When I explained that to the receptionist before I could finish my sentence she interrupted with umm no we have no openings today.
