“They identified the problem (gummed carb) and did not waste time after it wouldn't come clean. They called to inform us and ordered the necessary parts. Replacement saved us labor costs, and the shipping of part was slow due to remoteness of the U.P. They were friendly regardless of how many times I called to check the status. When I requested a tutorial of operating the machine, they offered to teach the user again as to best storage practices and starting, etc. 5 beers would probably be more deserved than 5 stars.”

Except I needed more than what was in stock for Xmas gifts...No Problem!...The Gentleman working the counter put an order out for the extra items I needed and they will be in for Monday...He was very Helpful and Courteous... And saved Me a lot of time checking the other stores in the area for the items needed...”
