Ordered delivery. Ordered 2 of the ion permanent darkest intense brown hair color. Only recieved 1. When I called customer service and told them of the situation. They called the store to see if they just ran out of it. Nope. They said the bag was filled with every item on the ticket. How stupid. Did you not see a number 2 next to one of the items on said ticket? So irritating and so disappointing. Take accountability. Absolutely ridiculous.

Was never greeted when entering store. When I asked a question, no eye contact was made and answer was just to look online.

Loved, Loved, LOVED the customer service here! The employees were so friendly, and fun, and helpful. I went today (April, 30th 2023) and 4:30pmThe employees were great! I would 10/10 recommend this location!Please let them both know that they made my day and put a smile on my face.

I had to run in, last minute. Right before close. First time in forever that I was treated like someone that was spending money, should be treated. Michael not only offered help but gave me pointers and was spot on right. Smiled and was so proffesionally friendly. Its GREAT to have an alive vibe back in my Sally. Please keep up the great work! Thank you!!

This review is for the Sallys in Marketplace, after watching many Youtube clips, I had lots of questions about coloring my hair. I was pleasantly surprised with the dept of knowledge of Michael. As a former salon owner he put me right at ease, discussing products and proper applications. He listened to all my questions, and didn't make me feel stupid for not knowing the basics of hair coloring. I left confident with a bag of products knowing that my Grandma grays will shortly be gone. Super pleased with Micheal and the level of service was outstanding. Well done.

This store is under NEW MANAGEMENT and I can't say how impressed I am with the staff. Michael is the new manager and is absolutely wonderful! he made sure that he price-matched the clearance prices from the web site. Very friendly staff (Jasmine) and also a clean store. I will definitely be back to this location.

I just came in for a pick up order and the two girls who were working just stared at me like I bothered them and then asked me if I needed help with anything. This has been my go to Sally beauty supply for years now. I don’t know who these girls are but they’re definitely newer and their customer service was a really bad first impression.

A salesperson named Lisa was working along in this store when my elderly Mom and I came in. She was sticking shelves. Never asked us if we needed help. Could not find things and when we asked, she pointed us in the direction the product was in. My mom asked if she could use the restroom and she said no it's closed because of covid-19 on side while she's used it there several times before and the girl would not let her use the bathroom. My mom being elderly, found the bathroom and went in annoying to me because I was trying to find the products I came in there for did not know and the salesperson proceeded to ask me if my mother went into the bathroom without her permission and I said quite honestly I have no idea because I am trying to find products I am unable to find. My mom did apologize to her and said she would rather go to the bathroom then pee her pants. This was the worst customer service experience I've ever gotten at this location.
