I couldn’t ask for a better nail tech. Wendy has and always goes above and beyond. She is the most thoughtful person. She takes her time, and loves being creative. I brought my baby in to see her, and she was so kind enough to give him toys, and keep him company while I got my nails done. I’m not kidding when I say, I will never go elsewhere. You will always receive 10/10 nails.

I used to love this salon, I had been a client here for almost a decade. Unfortunately I’ve now had consistent experiences in the past 2 years that have left me disappointed, actually bleeding (fingers & toes) and out $100+ on something that I have to fix at home.
I hate to leave a bad review on a salon that used to provide such an excellent service- but I also want to be honest (and potentially save someone time, money, and a painful experience) so I would definitely recommend visiting another location.

I had a great experience with the salon as this was my 1st visit.I received a shellac polish change,nail reshaped, service turned out great! I definitely will be back in the future

Kathy was wonderful, great attention to detail and I love my nails! The store is clean and a friendly atmosphere. I made my appointment same day and I didn’t have to wait upon arrival. I plan to return.

Very poor quality for how much was spent. The lady that did my pedicure did very poor work. She clipped the cuticle on my big toe so deep that it bled and is painful. She had looked at a callous on my foot during the pedicure and did nothing about it. I asked her if she could address it, she touched the callous, giggled, and then went on doing nothing about it. Afterward, the polish was visibly streaky and had to be touched up. Overall disappointed in the pedicure.
First time (last time) at this nail salon. We had appointments scheduled. Services were rushed despite the staff mentioning cancelations due to the bad weather. Attention was turned to finishing and attending to the regulars when they came in.

Loved it!! I went yesterday and the nail tech did a wonderful job. I took a friend with me, and we had a great time interacting with the two ladies working (we didn’t catch their names). The salon is very clean, and the service is just fantastic. The nails are wonderful!! I’m looking forward to coming back for a fill in a few weeks.

They ladies are amazing. I transferred to this salon in the beginning of the year and have been beyond impressed. Any crazy I bring in, they are up for the challenge. Before I was going to a very well known, high end salon and would always have to go back within 3 weeks for a nail fix. At 99 Nails, I have been able to go 4-5 weeks between fills. I always feel welcome and part of the family. I am so happy I found Vivian.
