The sign still says open 24 hours when it's only open 12 and the employee's started Restocking before 9:30 and blocked almost all the aisles and we're extremely rude when I had to get into aisles I couldn't even get to the ground beef

Instead of treating regular customers with respect, they treat everyone like they're criminal. I have never stolen a thing in my life. I was already fed up with the fact that I get flagged itself check out all time, and the lines for cashiers are out of control.
Today was a new level of frustration. As I was leaving my cart suddenly stopped and I ran into the back of it. The alarm went off, and the attendant came over and didn't tell me what was happening and ask for my receipt. She left me there looking around the front of my cart wondering what I had run into, and then when I couldn't back my car up and had to lift it and drag it out of the way of the other customers trying to exit by myself, it occurred to me that my wheel had locked as a theft deterrent. Then she returned with my receipt didn't explain to me what the hell happened, offered no apology or help, and then told me to push my car out of the way. I didn't understand so I asked her Am I supposed to just go now, and she told me to just go but my wheel is still locked, she was pointing her device at my cart, and telling me to push while my wheel is still locked. After pushing a few inches it finally unlocked and I was able to be on my way but it was humiliating and frustrating to not be told what's going on and have to pick up my car and drag it out of the way. It's despicable that they treat their customers this way. I get a theft deterrent but this is out of control. And the way it was handled with no explanation offer of help or apology is just unacceptable. Also, someone could get hurt stopping their full carts like that.

I truly appreciate being able to order my groceries and just pick them up. Kudos to Spencer at Gaines Marketplace for always being so helpful, loading my groceries!!

I give this Meijer a two stars because the service I was looking at sports cards and a worker was next to me my phone was in my pocket and then the worker said I suggest to take those cards out of your coat pocket there’s a lot of cameras around I said it my phone he said then what about the other pocket I showed him it was my wallet he said I know you stole even though I didn’t

This is my favorite meijers. I go every week. Bottle return room is cleaner than others, and machines are always working. I find most groceries I need, in stock. Friendly associates. I use self checkout, as I prefer to bag my own groceries. They always have a person there if you need assistance

Always clean . Hard to find things in different stores nothing it's proper place. Set ups differ in every store. Clerks always helpful and most will take you to the items you asked for help to find.
